Michaels is a well-organized store with a great selection of everything needed for arts, crafts, and hobbies. It has every decor item to decorate a house and all items for embroidery, crochet, art, painting, and stitching, plus party supplies, all available under one roof. The departments are tidy and beautifully arranged and displayed, offering a variety of great selection. There are always great sales on items like yarn and beading supplies, and clearance items are of great value. The framing department is a busy area. Customer service is commendable and helpful, with staff at the register and on the floor being helpful even during the holidays. Parking is easy. However, there can be long checkout lines and not a lot of help around to answer questions at times. The store can be slightly better organized, as similar objects can be found in more than one place. Overall, visiting Michaels is a great experience.
