“I'm an artist. I painted a mural in downtown Sunnyvale. Someone sprayed graffiti on the artwork. :-( The person at this Kelly Moore Sunnyvale store helped me get a graffiti paint removal spray that worked like magic! He set the product aside for me after our phone call, and had it ready for me to pick up. He gave me instructions on how to use the product. He said that I had to spray on a rag and not directly on the mural. It worked perfectly, and the graffiti is 100% removed now. I wish I got his name. The receipt says his name is KM. I was heartbroken when I first saw the graffiti. Thank you so much for saving the artwork, KM!”

“Super helpful and friendly staff. Be kind to them - at the moment they are understaffed. Not only are they knowledgeable and give good advice, they did a great job with a paint color match situation. I needed to match a color and brought them a chip from the wall. They said if I took it to Home Depot or other big box store, they would just run it through the computer, mix the paint and give me the result. But with Kelly Moore, they do that same computer process, but then they spend time with the paint, and apply it to different surfaces and tweak the color if necessary until they are confident they are giving you as close a match as possible. This process took an extra day or two, but was worth it in the end to get a great match. They def go the extra mile. TY.”

You can use it to fill in dents and holes. They can match just about any sample you bring them. They know everything about the durability of paints. “I have been going to Benjamin Moore Creative Paint on Camden Avenue for many years. The customer service is outstanding. Both Ariel and Matt have helped me a great deal in selecting paint colors. I bring photos and samples (e.g., tile, bedding, fabric) to the store and Ariel helps me select the best colors for my project. Matt is usually at another store location but he has done a terrific job in custom matching paint. They are both fabulous!!! They have a great eye for color. “We came in to get a feel for paint, as we’re doing a renovation and needed to make some decisions. His was our first stop. Nicholas is a color specialist there who was SO great. We decided to purchase all of our paint from Benjamin Moore because of him. We went back three times in one day, with more questions each time, and he was amazing each time. He has great, thoughtful questions (how much shade does your house get? What color are the houses around yours? What direction does your house face?) and made suggestions based off them. Plus he answered every question we had with a ton of insight.We are going back to consult with him on all of our interior paints, too. He gave us a list of things to come back with so he could help us pick the right colors for each. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness!!”

Matt was very patient with us while we confirmed the color choices and paint codes that we had chosen for interior and exterior which involved different color for exterior alcove, interior accent walls, door, etc. So Matt was patient and respectful of our process of being careful on that large of an order. He gave us his opinion (validated it) on our choice of exterior and my painter's choice for the type of cabinet paint (Durapoxy has two kinds). He loaded it for us.
