You no longer have to have shiny walls in your bathroom Layout feels more catered to the pro, but they are happy to help out everyone. Parking in the back, bit the lot is pretty small.”

“I’ve been a big fan of Sherwin Williams so far since my company switched from Kelly Moore. Sherwin Williams Milpitas has by far been my favorite store. I like the San Jose stores but they are frequently out of very common items. The Milpitas store is always well stocked and the staff here has been nothing but amazing so far. Very helpful and customer service is outstanding. This will be my Sherwin Williams location for the foreseeable future.”

“I received the best service last Saturday. I didn't catch his name but on the receipt it says Kieth. We are familiar with how to paint but not all the different types to choose from. Kieth took time to explain to us all the different finishes and helped us pick the paint to gave us the results we were looking for. He didn't try to up sale or sale us too much paint. Excellent service and for a great value. We were able to finish our project and love the results!”

“Holy moly, Kristin Montoya knows her colors! We are beginning a renovation and I was absolutely lost about what color tiles, quartz, backsplash, etc to choose. I came in here and spent an hour with Kristin and walked out with an interior and exterior paint palette that would make even the Property Brothers jealous! Kristin is calm, has an exceptional style sense, and is incredibly helpful. Thanks to her help in establishing a palette, I was able to choose all of my finishes with ease! **Should also mention that Kristin is finishing her interior design degree - her expertise is apparent.**”

“Serena and her crew always give me fantastic service. Serena just taught me some things about spray tips that I never knew, and I've been a painting contractor for 35 years! These guys are quick and efficient and seem to be very well stocked. She just set up a delivery for me with multiple items. She made it easy for me to track what I'd received. Great communication about delivery times. Delivery guys Enrique and Muhammad were very polite and helpful as well. Great experience!”
“With a painting project to accomplish I paid a visit to Benjamin Moore Creative Paint, and had a fantastic experience. The parking was convenient, with plenty of spots right outside the store, which made my visit hassle-free.
Ariel and Maurice were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the right rollers and paint products. They listened to my needs and made thoughtful suggestions, ensuring I got exactly what I was looking for. Their expertise and friendly approach made all the difference.
The next day, I returned to the store, and Kevin was equally amazing. He took the time to address any additional questions I had and ensured I had everything I needed to complete my project along with processing a return from the day prior.
Overall, the staff at Benjamin Moore Creative Paint went above and beyond to help me find the right products and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of quality paint and knowledgeable assistance!
Review for visits from the first week of Jan 2025:
This review is a very quick shoutout to Ariel for helping me with the right shades of white (one for my kitchen drawer panels and the other for the bathroom vanity panels). I got them the panel boards (one from each, to match the paint) on Thursday evening and was able to pick them on Saturday morning and the paint came out to be just perfect. She had left detailed steps for the entire process (since i had messed up the drawer panels and needed to get rid of the old paint before setting the new one in) which i definitely appreciated.
Kevin as usual being super helpful, guided me with the options for a couple of foam rollers, hand held pails and a few other accessory items that i needed for my project.
All in all a fantastic experience and absolutely recommend the store for all your paint needs.”
“To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of Sherwin Williams but I will say that the staff here especially Jenelle and David are outstanding and delivery great quality of service. I would travel the extra miles to this store versus other Sherwin Williams stores.

“I want to give a huge thank you to the staff at this store. I arrived with only about 5 minutes before closing, which I felt really bad about, but the employee still kindly opened the door and welcomed me in with a great attitude.
I had already chosen my paint, so everything went very smoothly. The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. I even picked the wrong paint can size at first, and they helped me switch it without any hassle.
Really appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend this store!”
