I had my tennis racket re-string at the store. I used my own string and my regular tension (52 lbs). After restring, it lost tension very quickly, after one hour hitting. Poor job. Wouldn't recommend.

Nice little badminton shops. They have an extensive collection of rackets and the owner is pretty friendly and receptive when it comes to answering any questions you may have. Pricing is pretty standard. I don't think you're going to get a bargain here, but you certainly won't be miffed either.

This store has badminton, tennis, ping pong, and pickleball. They do restring for both tennis and badminton. The guy works here seem like he does not care they customers because he doesn't talk. This store also has everything you need but the price is higher than Amazon.

People are very nice and helpful! You are also able to try on shoes unlike other stores in the area which is very nice.
I usually go to the Milpitas location but this location is good too.

I have had multiple tennis rackets restrung here for 10+ years and never had an issue.
I always knew exactly what I want and what string/pattern to use and I never had an problem.

I have sent my PD VS to string today. This is a nice place with a great stock of basically everything. Thanks Peter for having a nice conversation with me about type of strings, thoughts about some popular racquets, etc. Also want to mention that this place has a great demo program in case you want to try out other racquets before deciding on one. I think I will give it a shot pretty soon.
It is nice to have such business somewhere local so I can stop by conveniently. And Peter is super nice and knowledgable!

Horrible experience, this is my favorite for the last years. But, this Friday morning, I came to pick up my 4 rackquests, and I was not sure he was owner or employer, he spoke like he upset on something and putted it on me. I came in and asked "Good morning, can I pick up my rackquest?" Then, he put on earphone and did not even look at me, and he said leave the receipt there. I was little confused because I did not know what wrong with him. Then, I stood at the counter, and he turned back see me and spoke louder "Just Leave the Papers On Counter."Amazing customer service to a customer spent hundred to thousand dollars.3 stars: 1 star supplies badminton, 1 star great restring, 1 star other good employees, and -2 stars for that rule customer service attitude.

TERRIBLE customer service. Have some decency when speaking with customers. I came in and politely asked some questions about a badminton racket and I got extremely rude and cocky responses. I spoke to a male in the store..whoever you are I suggest you take a course in manners before you open a business. I’m struggling to give it two stars….but since they did the job(restrung a racket) I’ll give it to them…but I’m never coming here again and definitely not recommending it to anyone.

Great shop in the neighborhood! Got everything I need for both Tennis and Badminton. Staff are very knowledgeable. Will definitely tell my friends about it.
