I don't know what else I can say. First time , I made a vaccination appointment and came here. After waiting for a long time they told me it was Oos and said they would order for me. And asked me to call next time before coming. Second time, I called before coming, and they said it was in stock and I could come to get the vaccination. So I visited again and waited in line for a long time and then they told me that the vaccination they had was not good for use. I really had several bad experiences with the pharmacy here. Negative star if I can.

Staff is good, but overall experience is very poor. Making people wait for 45 mins for medicines. There is no place to sit and wait. No drive-through. It's a curse that Rite-Aid shutdown and moved everything to Safeway

This is the first time i came to a Safeway Pharmacy (CVS previously). I called first to inquire about getting a covid vaccine shot. The person over the phone (Adrian) was very attentive, a pleasant surprise. I then went in; both Adrian and the pharmacist Jessica are very friendly - not just with me but with other customers. I had to wait a bit long due to an input error made on my insurance card, but it is ok because they are pleasant to interact with.

I’ve consistently faced disappointing service at Safeway Pharmacy, marked by a lack of respect and dignity. My attempts to address these concerns through Safeway’s customer service have unfortunately mirrored the same negative experience. I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to share my experience due to its exceptional nature.I will be reaching out to corporate.

Customer service is bad. I need to get medication earlier for my upcoming travel, but they lied I needed to pay out of pocket. When I pushed them to call insurance to apply for exception, they said they are busy (but they have no work to do actually), and asked me to come another day. The staff should be fired.

I’ve been going here for years, it’s near my work which makes it very convenient for me. The staff are always friendly and nice. Very professional and informative. Would recommend giving them a try.

This pharmacy is by far the BEST pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. Plus the asian pharmacist is EXTREMELY cute, remembers my name, and talks in a beautiful voice. Also, now that I am disabled, they do free shipping to my home. They are extremely reliable, accurate, and caring. I live in San Jose now, and Walgreens in around the corner on Santa Clara Street. I gave them a chance and they suck. I am moving everything back to cupertino Safeway Pharmacy. Even if I have to drive, or they ship, this is the pharmacy to trust for me.

We placed an order for delivery today before noon, around 5 pm we received an email that the order had been completed and was out for delivery, which was due by 7 pm. I waited until 7:40 pm but I wake up early so I just called to see if it could still be switched to pick up or was the delivery already out. The gentlemen who answered the phone, whose name was Sergio, stated to me "well you did this.. so I don't know... before trailing off... and me then stopping him and promptly ended the call as a paying customer I do not have to be spoken to that way and I will not tolerate it. I am not sure what his intention was or what he felt could be gained by approaching this situation with rudeness.. but it was rude and completely uncalled for. This store is next to my house but I will just drive a little further and go somewhere else.

The first dose went well. Have my second vaccine appointed at 2:30 but got a call in the morning to have to come before 12. So I have to change my schedule. I told the staff(not the same staff when first dose) I had Pfizer as the first dose right before vaccination to confirm. After vaccined get a wrong vaccine label stick to my vaccine card, which put me in a very frightened mind: my first dose is Pfizer, why my second dose is labeled as Janssen?? I asked the staff and she said I got the right Pfizer as the second dose, but just the label was wrong. She showed me an empty Pfizer vial and assured me I got the right one.People make mistakes, but with this experince I would recommend avoid this place if you are getting covid vaccaine.
