Really well organized and we are able to buy to buy items that we need every time, especially shout out to the always in stock chobani yogurt

The staff there is arrogant and impatient. When I ask a question about sale items, a man in red shirt keep saying you read the sale paper, you should know. That's not the attitude to a customer, it is your job to answer questions about your shop. It is OK that you don't know the answer. It is not OK that you mock and tease your customers.

I kindly request to bring the following issue to your attention. Yesterday, I visited the store to pick up my order after 8 PM. According to the app, an associate was supposed to bring me my items.
However, after waiting at the parking space for 10 minutes, no one arrived and no one answered the phone. When I inquired with an employee, I was told to come back tomorrow, which I found to be quite unreasonable.
There was no prior notice indicating that I had to arrive before 8 PM. In the past, I've picked up orders outside of the specified time frame without any issues. The app and the order system indicated that I could pick up my items after 8 PM because the store closes at 2 AM. Had I known about the time restriction beforehand, I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas to come to the store.
When I checked the app and pressed the "on my way" button to go to the store around 8:30, there was no indication (not even in an email) that there was no one available to help me with the pick-up. Even when I arrived, the app still showed "an associate will come to meet you shortly"!
When I spoke to the employees they did not attempt to resolve the issue. Although they eventually gave me the items, they walked away and ignored further questions. This experience left me feeling that the store and the app system have a lot of room for improvement. It was an incredibly frustrating shopping experience.

This store blasts its AC at night when the weather is cold outside. How ridiculous. They should offer a comfortable environment for their customers. I briefly mentioned it to the cashier, who seemed apathetic and reinforced with her response that they typically keep it cold inside smh.

I’m so thankful for Safeway and Cupertino. Everything else is closed after midnight and this is the one store that allows me to eat when I have late work nights in the area. The store is extremely clean. The parking lot is very well lit so if you do have to make a late night run to the grocery store, you don’t feel unsafe there. As well, they do have Security. They always have a fresh Supply of hot food in their deli if you don’t have time to cook. The store is really a blessing.

I bought some at around 7:50 in the morning on the third of May. 4 packets of water, a milk, a packet of eggs, a sliced bread and tortilla and a plastic bag. I paid the amount with the self checkout machine and left the store. When I was putting the purchases in the car, I noticed that I did not take the plastic bag. I went back to the store to pick it up. I told the lady who was there that I paid for the plastic bag but forgot to take it. The lady asked me for the receipt, I showed her the receipt and she saw that I paid 10 cents for the plastic bag. I said to her, is 10 cents so important that you want a receipt for it? I did not take the plastic bag with this ugly act of her. Some time ago, I had bought some baguettes, and because there were a lot of them, the seller of the bakery put them in two plastic bags, but he printed a price tag and attached it to one of the bags. The price specified on the label was for both bags. When I wanted to pay, I just scanned one of the bags with a price tag on it. The same lady was there that day and I told her that the whole price of the breads was written on one label, but because the number of breads was large, they were in two bags. But she did not accept and took the bags of bread from me and weighed them to make sure that I was telling the truth. In general, this lady considers all customers suspicious and liars, and her work is very ugly. If the store does not trust the customer, then remove the self-checkout devices from the store and let all payments go to the cashier.

This is my favorite of the Safeway stores in the area. It's big, well-lit, with a good bakery and produce section. I like the specials they offer, and of course the five- dollar Friday deals. The staff is really helpful, too.

A regular at this Safeway variety of products available are great.t place dresses up itself for most festivals which keeps it unique.t self check out is good n it caters to needs of all ethnicities.cleanliness at t dairy section needs to b looked at.milk spilled n dirty gallon cans need to b discarded cleaned or picked up.

I spoke to Anthony (49er fan) in the meat department. He was great! He answered all my questions with great knowledge and professionalism. He also gave me great suggestions on how to prepare some of the cuts I bought. Employees like Anthony make it easy to come back to this store.?
