I love this location! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! One of makeup artists helped me look for new eyeshadow brushes and helped me put a look together. I cant remember his name( it starts with a Y)

Had a very disappointing experience at the salon at this location. I booked with the elite stylist who is supposed to be the most experienced one. She was overbooked, handling three clients during the same time slot. Rushed through the service with multiple interruptions, had a bad attitude and made dismissive comments when I raised concerns about the service. A few other staff members at the store were not polite either. Seems like customer service training is due for this location. Not going back and do not recommend.

This location is well stocked and the employees here are very kind and helpful. Parking is plentiful here as well. Their pick up orders are very quick too

Cathy did my brow lamination and wax, she is so detailed oriented and professional. You can tell she takes her time and cares about each of her clients. My eyebrows came out the way I asked. She's also fun to talk to :) I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you Cathy!

My daughter and her friend made an appointment for 1pm for hair stenciling and both showed up 10 minutes before the appointment. the two hairstyling took 4 girls and start working on them and said they also have 1pm appointment. We waited till 2pm and they haven’t start on us. When I asked them why they double book folks, they said that is how it works! When I asked how much clinger we have to wait, and they said when they are done with thr 4 girls with offered bo eta. One of them ask me why the rush and whether we have an event now. These people shows no respect for their own appointment nor respect for other’s time. Would not recommend this to anyone else.

A wonderful woman helped me try to match a lipstick and liner to my fav lipstick that was discontinued. She must have tried 25 lipsticks and didn’t give up!!!!!

Unhappy with my experience at the salon. I booked with an Elite stylist and apparently I picked the signature haircut which comes with the deep conditioning. I didn't remember what I booked, but the stylist had her assistant wash my hair. The assistant asked did I book the one with the deep condition, but I didn't think I did (I found out at the end I did and I paid for it because I dislike having to go back and forth with anyone). The elite stylist cut my hair really quickly and just sent me to her assistant to dry and style my hair again.
Overall I picked the elite stylist because I wanted her to do my hair, but her assistant did pretty much everything except the cut. Right after the cut the assistant styled so the main stylist I booked didn't even check the cut. I asked for some beach waves and the assistant did a good job, my tip was for her. At the end the elite stylist did more cutting, but with curls she was just winging it. I ended up washing and straightening my hair and it's soo choppy and uneven. For a hundred bucks I am very disappointed and I'd never come back. I think the elite stylist overbooks and can't keep up with her work. I kept hearing her say how many clients she had and that didn't make the experience feel like it was worth it being so rushed. I need to go find someone else to fix the uneven edges. I think it's unacceptable work by her and she needs to stop overbooking because the quality is not there. Everyone else at the store is friendly, this is just for the salon.

I got a eye shadow kit here. I loved the store with a wide selection of makeup and cologne. The clerks was nice and the store was clean and organized.

I went to this location today as they carry Dior. I was pleasantly surprised that they carried Natasha Denona and grabbed an eyeshadow palette for my wedding day. This eyeshadow palette had a security sensor and as I was looking for the Dior product I came for, I accidentally touched the sensor and the alarm was triggered. I was looking for an employee to help me. One started waking toward me and as I started to explain that I had accidentally touched the security device, she literally snatched it out of my hands without saying a word and walked to the register with the palette. She never came back to tell me anything and instead started ringing someone up at the register. I waited and waited. She never came back. I felt so grossly disrespected and like I, a paying customer, was bothering them. I wish I could give this location negative stars. They treated me horribly.

Elizabeth the reason for this 5 ratings. I visited the store today and also last week, all I can say she was so amazing. She helped me at the register and I watched her how she dealt with the previous customer it was over the top, it’s like beyond her work duties. She was quite engaging, emphatic and natural salesperson, it’s like talking to a long time friend who sincerely care about my needs. Hoping there will be more like her in everywhere.

I entered the store looking for a product, I asked the employees for help, they did not show any interest in my questions. The product I was looking for was not on stock. When I went to make a return with my receipt I asked Vanessa if I could order it online. Apparently, once again, it was not possible. I tried to find solutions to the problem but Vanessa could not help me. She said she was going to call her manager and she never did, it was obvious that she did not want to help me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I picked up an order online here. When i checked products the Dior Foundation was close to its expiration ( will expire before the best time to use after opening) and I saw the same product on shelf with longer date so I asked the staff to exchange it for me. However the pick-up desk staff said they could not do it and she have to do return and then make another purchase. I told her the product was on sale and if she could keep that price for me. She said she couldn't do it too.
I took that foundation to another Ulta store in Morgan Hill, the staff there helped me to exchanged that Dior foundation for newer product in 2 minutes.
I don't know why Cupertino Ulta staff had to hinder customer like that. I never opened or used that product so exchanging it for a same product with further expiration date was not an unreasonable request.
