I know this is a very popular location, and probably the store is fighting with shoplifting issues, but there are always so few testers! Or samples! Today I did a huge shopping and they couldn't even give me any samples as a thank you? ?♀️

I went to Ulta beauty to get my ear pierce. Unfortunately, I was not greet by the Asian employee lady who was working at the hair salon today in the morning. Where ear piecing supposed to be done. I got ignored by the employee. Bad customer service.

I have visited the store today for the first time. Elizabeth Rivera welcomed me , helped and consulted me for the right products I was looking for. She was very kind ,extremely patient and willing to help. I have never gotten such a good service anywhere.Thank you Elizabeth happy holidays and good luck to you.?

I have been in this store 3 times. The last 2 times... the cashiers are standing round in the front taking about their plans etc. They are never nice. They wait for me to greet them. They never can answer my questions.The store is usually well stocked but prices for things I wanted were no where to be found. I guess I have to find a new Ulta.

The employees are very lazy and didn’t want to walk all the way to the register so she made us walk all the way across the store to pay and with card only but didn’t tell us until the end and she was very rude about it and because she didn’t want to walk all the way to the register so we could actually purchase our items we left and will not purchase ever again from this store. Never had any problems at other locations but this location always so rude and bad costumer service.

Very bad service, all people that work there are very lazy when you ask for something they don’t even go and check and I wanted to pay with cash and they told me that I can’t because they only accept credit card and there is no sign in the store very bad service if you can you better go somewhere else ??????☹️☹️☹️☹️

Sol at the Brow Bar is an absolute gem! Finding someone who does men’s eyebrows well has been difficult, but after meeting Sol my first time I knew she would be my new go to beautician! The brow bar is in the middle of the store, but Sol makes it feel like there is nobody there but you.

I went to the salon.It was a decent experience.The ladies at the salon are super friendly and nice. They did a good job.However, like any other ulta, they are busy and under staffed .Your hair appointment that normally should take 15 minutes ends up being an hour long affair.

This review is for the Sunnyvale location. Tuba was super helpful with my elderly friend. It was mildly busy in the store that day, but she helped us and called for other employees to stop sitting around and help the customers.

Diana W is at Ulta Cupertino now and she is really sweet, just very hard to get her full attention as she will double book and triple book her schedule. So processing color takes a while, getting your hair washed takes a while, and things like deep conditioning are offered but then it helps her with the many clients she is juggling. Stressful to have to do it this way but this is how she runs her shop. So expect to be there twice as long as your appointment, or to leave with a cut not what you wanted as she's doing a color in between... wish Ulta would just lock the calendar so stylists can't double or triple book. I get they need to make money but the client experience should be pleasant and complete and that should come first.
