A couple of years back I was upset when I read I was being charged fees on an account that sat without activity. The manager, Nick, was not able to reverse the charges because of bank policy, but when I complained about not making enough on my funds, he acknowledged my concern, created a meeting for me that day to change my funds into something more profitable even if they had a full schedule. Morgan was quick, efficient, and did everything with a smile. I am always greeted personally by name by Nick and Morgan. They are wonderful, professional, and personable.

My friend referred Emily who is a Client Relationship consultant in US bank to me. Emily is so professional and knowledgeable. She introduced the company's products which are exactly what I was looking for. Even though the branch is closed at 5:00PM. She was still taking time to explain the details. Compared with other bank customer service, she deserved 5 stars. If you are looking for the best bank service, Emily is your only choice.

I could tell you about the branch in Cupertino. But I can't say anything nice . The manager is so unprofessional, and the way he has talked to me and treated my friend who has done business of 50 years to this branch is so unspeakable.

I've gone into this bank and asked for help with my business accounts and tried to get help from Nick Jones, the Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President.Nick was uncooperative and would not help me where he was more interested in playing with his phone and getting back to his desk. I've worked with the Shubert Benjamin and Justin Woodfin, branch Managers of the Cupertino office, who were very accommodating. Nick is the opposite where he seems to avoid work and providing good customer service to people who try to bank and have concerns and needs with their business and banking requirements. He needs to give his attention and time to customers who have come into the branches seeking help and support, not turned away to have someone else resolve their issues and concerns another time where their time is limited and requires his attention immediately instead of his own personal concerns.***********An update on this review.I've been contacted by several customer support specialists about my review and how they can resolve my concerns. There was a lot of talk but nothing came from it. I went back to the branch where Nick helped me out with some paperwork and then sent it into a general mailbox telling me that it will take up to a month to gain access to one of my accounts.This is unacceptable where Nick should have been dealing with a manager or vice president directly to resolve this problem. Sending my paperwork to a general mailbox and waiting about another month to gain access to my account, where I've been trying to resolve this since July, is unexcusable customer service!

Was a customer of Union Bank for over 40 years -- never had a problem. Starting the first month that US Bank took over Union, fraudulent charges started to appear. US Bank's solution? You guessed it, open a new account. Had to buy new checks and deposit slips, change all of my payment information, and update all incoming ACH deposit information -- hours of work. And then, it got worse. They started holding my deposits for 10 days EVEN THOUGH the bank issuing the checks I deposited cleared my them within 24 hours. What would you call not crediting someones account for nine days after US Bank actually received payment? Theft? In Oct alone, they have ripped me off for about $300 in interest by holding my checks for days and days after they actually cleared. Then, when I had more than adequate funds in my account they returned a large check NSF. Because? Because they stupidly put double holds on my deposits and showed my account overdrafted. The local branch people are very nice and when they were Union Bank they had the authority to deal with their customers. US Bank gives them zero authority. US Bank doesn't trust their own employees. My only question to US Bank is: Are you just plain stupid or are you crooks? Well, since every fraudulent posting, illegal hold, and messed up accounting was in their favor, one must assume that they are crooks. If they were merely incompetent, at least a few of their "errors" would have been in my favor -- that never happened. STAY AWAY FROM US BANK! So sad to see a good bank like Union Bank bought up by a no service, incompetent, anti consumer outfit like US Bank. If you have large transactions and actually need banking services, try any other bank!

Morgan S. stands out as the finest banker I've ever come across in my entire life. Her friendly, patient, and expert demeanor shines through in every interaction. This is the closest US Bank to my home and I visit regularly. I've found the tellers and the manager to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I'm a very satisfied customer.
