When I went to get gas I saw that I had to pay inside. The stupid woman at the cash register took $50 from my card twice. I'll have to go back there tomorrow and figure this out. a lot of traffic and waste of time for me . I will never get there 😡

Horrible customer service. Manager cheats for car wash.
I filled fuel and got a car wash code on 9/19/24 at 6.10 pm. Code is valid till 10/3/24
I went for car wash 10/3/24 at 9.30 pm but it was closed due to maintenance.
Went back on 10/4/24 at 10:30 am to request a new code. He refused to help saying I should have come before 6:10 PM. He refused to listen or discuss or provide the owners contact.

I'm not a picky person when it comes to my car but this place didn't even wash off a lot of stuff on my car. It also takes about 6 minutes. Maybe good if you want a more gentle wash, but didn't cut it for my purposes.

This is the stupidest payment system I have ever encountered, to wash my car I first had to drive up to the car wash, but it started asking me for some code, I had to turn around. Drive around, drive back to the cashier, ask the cashier. What code does the car wash ask me for, and I can't pay with a card. The cashier told me that when filling up with gas, I can choose the function to fill up with gas and wash the car. Or pay at the cash register. I decided to fill up my car. But when I filled up, the machine did not ask me, and I had to After filling up the car, go back to the cashier and pay for the car wash separately. And then go to this car wash again. It took a lot of time. I have a lot of time for useless walking back and forth. I am very unhappy with this system.
I want to say again that this is the worst car wash I've ever been to because I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for it to start up and do its job, and it didn't start up, and I had to wait again for the cashier to come out and explain how it works. It has a very stupid system where you have to push the wheel onto the button, but you keep jerking, back and forth, and it still doesn't work.
I am very sorry that I spent, Here even my 14 dollars. Well, I spent a huge amount of time and nerves to figure out this stupid system.

There is always a long line at the car wash. And they only allow14 days since your last purchase of the car wash. I was there at the end of my 14 days. The car wash was broken and my paid car wash was wasted.

Very slow. One car every six minutes. Car was clean (I selected light touch option). Excellent gas prices!

I was charged by credit card for $50.00(prepaid) and the actually
gas was $44.70. The gas store finally charged $49.99. Beware!

Will never go back for a car wash again.
The machine stops working when I pulled my car in. The assistant, who barely speaks English and has great difficulty communicating, refused to give me a refund and had me to go back to the end of the line to wait all over again to get the car wash.
Fortunately my car wasn't broken by the washer or anything. I regret not reading the review before heading there. Just be alarmed and don't go to do car wash here

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. I bought and paid for a car wash at the cashier and then went to get in line at the wash. I enter my code as I get to the front and then the machine completely falls apart. Poor guy in front of me had one of the parts of the car wash fall on his car and scrape against it. The entire wash goes out of service. Everyone behind me starts to leave as more and more time elapses.
Clearly its broken, so before preparing to leave I asked the attendant whether I could get a refund since clearly I could no longer get the wash. He says there is no refund, but that I can come back and rest assured I can redeem the car wash.
Come back a second time and the code does not work, so I go into the shop. They insist that they cannot generate a new code for me and at that point I had to demand a refund. They said the best they can do is have me fill out a form and mail a physical check, instead of just crediting my credit card that they had charged. Terrible as it is, I just wanted out of here at this point, so I accepted that and dipped out with no car wash, $18 debited from my account, and just a whole another headache to deal with.
If anyone who works there is reading this, please just refund our payment. It's ridiculous that the whole car wash broke and you couldn't do the simple and right thing.

Quality is too poor for wash as well drying, for 14$ you will get nothing!! Also vacuum charge is 3$ which is completely blocked with hair and other stuff.
