Some of the tech needs to be better trained. They gave me false information and because of that I had a lot of trouble picking up my prescription. The more experienced staff is helpful but they don’t get to help you all the time.

Miserable experience. Pharmacist was difficult and hard to get any information out of. He got really nasty with me, criticized me for taking the medication prescribed by my doctor, and finally hung up the phone on me. Was also hung up on by one of the pharmacy staff. First and last time I will ever use this pharmacy. Wish I could leave negative stars.

This location is very understaffed, and there is always a long wait to complete anything. Not only is it slow more often than not the drive-through people are outright rude and get upset when you tell them you can't hear over the speaker due to being quiet and it doesn't help that the person speaking wearing a mask muffling their words.

I visited this Walgreens to fill my kid's prescription today, and I had a concerning experience with the pharmacist. What troubled me was the unhygienic manner While she was preparing my child's antibiotic liquid. She used a random, unsanitary letter knife she found on the desk to break the seal open and even stuck her finger inside the bottle to peel off the foils to top the bottle up with water. I'm left wondering why she would go to the trouble of using filtered water in the medication while being so careless with the handling process. It's disheartening to think that a pharmacist, who works around sick people all the time, would be so unaware of basic hygiene practices. This incident raises serious concerns about the quality of service and safety at this Walgreens location.

My mom has been using this Walgreens for at least 10 years for prescriptions and vitamins I've been doing this for her for the last 3 years. I've always had great service, especially In pharmacy. Yes, 5:00 on a weekday means a long wait, but it's the same at CVS, and the pharmacy staff still is polite even with customers who are acting like entitled jerks when everyone is doing their job as best possible with a rush of customers

The Pharmacy is very slow! Don't get a vax there. We had an 11am appointment for a flu vaccination on a Thursday Four of us were the only ones there for a shot and it still took over an hour. I saw four people in the back. Walk up and drive up flow for Rx but still very slow.

I should've read reviews before I came here. Never coming back. Pharmacy' s workers are not just not friendly and not helpful, but They wanted to charge twice as much for the medication then 2 previously used pharmacies, and said that those pharmacies were billing incorrectly!

This Walgreens is located in the same parking lot where TP Tea is located. Since that place frequently has long lines, you can spend some time at the Walgreens next door! Which is what I did.I actually downloaded the Walgreens app so that I could get a coupon for a specific item in the store. Thanks to their helpful price tag it told me that there was a coupon on their app. Funnily enough the cashier was also telling me about the app and how people don't seem to know that coupons exist on the app. She was very nice and also informed me that I had $2 Walgreens rewards to redeem which was fantastic.I generally don't go to Walgreens that much if a CVS is there since I feel like Walgreens prices are much higher and I don't see 40% off coupons from Walgreens ever... or maybe I'm just not diligently checking?

This Walgreen is probably one of the worst I have visited. I tried to pick up prescriptions from drive thru, and patiently waited for more than 40 mins and not even a car was moving at all. There were 2 cars in front of me and I don't know how long they been waiting already. So I walked into the store and pick up in person. The line in store wasn't too bad and I could actually picked up faster than drive thru (the first car in drive thru line still waiting while I picked up mine).However the pharmacists there are below bar. First she said the medicine was not ready and asked me to come back later. Then another pharmacist found it but her attitude was so rude, her name is Mojgan. I was picking up for my family of 3 so total 3 packs. She was so rude, I gave her my daughter's name and told her I am actually picking up for entire family so she can look up from her computer all at once. She wouldn't do it and asked me why I was picking up 3?! Really?! I can't pick up for wife and daughter while they were sick?! Eventually she gave me all 3 after verifying the identity but she gave no instructions how to use/take it, just threw the 3 paper bags on the desk and asked for payment, not even saying thank you or so. Absolutely horrible attitude!!!There are many Walgreens around who can serve better than this one if you can avoid, especially Mojgan

The pharmacist here whose name is Hyunjin told my brother who was sick and came in to pick up his prescription "you look healthy, you don't need this drug" and took the medicine prescribed by his doctor away from him. I am not sure why she can make such decision and comment to someone who is in need of help. That was rude. My brother got worse overnight, during the Chinese New Year Eve. He didn't have to suffer this if our family didn't use this location as our pharmacy for pick up in the past 7 years. We will avoid this Walgreens at all costs.

Horrible horrible and horrible! I went to this pharmacy three times this morning, and I have to go there again this afternoon for the fourth time, to get my prescription! The worst attitude I have ever seen! I really want to give zero star if I can post it without any star!
