They come get your pet from car, like in 2020. Never get to interact directly with Vet. And, they wouldn't see my fully vaccinated cat without consenting to a rabies shot first!!

This is the best vet we’ve ever been to. Our dog, Tito, is an older lil’ rescue dude who’s had all sorts of things happen to him—from a torn ACL to getting attacked by random dogs in our complex. The people at Acacia have always been incredibly nice and helpful. I can’t thank them enough for their help and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves his or her pet.

Our 13 year old dog became a patient here after her original vet retired. The A Acacia clinic appeared to have above average reviews and we were not disappointed. We have had only good experiences here. Dr. Adams and his staff are helpful, kind and professional. They appear to enjoy what they are doing. Explanation of treatment plans are easy to understand and fees are competitive and reasonable. Wait times are often within reason. In most cases the office does the best they can to accommodate appointment dates and times.

This hospital is amazing. One of my dogs got an ear infection and if she isn't treated quickly, it turns really bad. The vet she would typically go to was booked up until the following week so we reached out to Acacia. They were able to fit her in same day and get her treated. Since then, we have gone here multiple times and my mom now takes her puppy. The vet, as well as the staff, are very kind and knowledgeable. It's obvious how much they love animals.

Let me preface this by saying that I am a vet tech. I know how animal hospitals work. I know how vets think. I know how administrators run the show. My partner got a puppy. Puppy is fully vaccinated, negative for Giardia, negative for intestinal parasites, and dewormed. Puppy started vomiting. I told my partner to get her medical care ASAP and this was the hospital chosen. Puppy got x-rays. No blockage seen. Puppy was negative for Giardia and Parvo. Puppy was given Metronidazole and Famotidine. Puppy was still vomiting. Vet said Puppy has "Puppy stomach". As a veterinary professional, it makes me wonder WHY the vet didn't offer an antiemetic (Cerenia, specifically) if she was vomiting. My partner called the hospital and asked for the medication. They said they'd call back after speaking to the vet. This was around 5 p.m. They close around 6 p.m. They call back and say they want to run further diagnostics- bloodwork and a fecal. Look, I get it. You want to cover all your bases and make sure to rule EVERYTHING out. But you close in less than hour and I KNOW there was no way you're going to let a vomiting Puppy recheck come in as an emergency at 5:30 p.m. Which means Puppy wouldn't get any relief from the vomiting until tomorrow, at least. And in regards to the medication for vomiting? Nothing was said. All I wanted for Puppy was an antiemetic in the interim of figuring out WHY she's still vomiting. Make it make sense. Why not give Puppy the medication FOR vomiting if Puppy was being seen FOR vomiting. Shame on you, Acacia Animal Hospital. Feel free to reach out to me and explain WHY you didn't prescribe an antiemetic for a puppy that's vomiting. Update: As I was unsure about posting this review or not, hoping to give them the benefit of doubt, I received rather odd news. Here are my concerns: If the vet was so confident as to say that there was no chance Puppy had an infection, WHY prescribe antibiotics? The receptionist my partner spoke to kept referring to the vet as "she". Puppy saw a male veterinarian, not a female. Which leads me to believe that 1) The receptionist didn't bother looking at Puppy's file to see who the attending veterinarian was and 2) It seems like they just asked ANY veterinarian who was on staff, rather than the vet who saw Puppy. This raises a lot of red flags because they didn't even tell my partner that they spoke to a different vet regarding getting Puppy an antiemetic and just automatically demanded further diagnostics rather than speak to VETERINARIAN WHO ACTUALLY SAW HER. They don't keep digital records. It's 2022. In this day and age, WHY do you insist on the archaic practice of maintaining paper records. My partner asked to have Puppy's records sent to an email and they declined as they do not have digital records. They refused to fax them, as well. They stated that the records would either have to be mailed or picked up. So let me ask you this, Acacia Animal Hospital, what do you do when there's an emergency and a client needs records IMMEDIATELY? Nothing, seems to be the answer here. They have the capability to email digital xrays. But not records? Again. Red flags. There is no second veterinarian listed on their website. And while we're on the subject of websites, NEVER in my life have I seen an animal hospital's website that is INUNDATED with ads that aren't even remotely related to the veterinary field? The amount of idiocy, lack of knowledge, basic human compassion, urgency and care ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDS ME. You have been no help, Acacia Animal Hospital. DO NOT contact me in regards to this review. Medical care will be sought elsewhere as this hospital obviously does not know what they are doing.

I bring my kittens here. The staff is super friendly and the Vet is super informative, positive and super caring for the animals. I have brought them in for their shots and recently a spay that Cost $625 for both kittens. This was with the kitten package. Once you arrive and park in a space, you call the office and let them know you are there. They come out and take your baby inside. I never bring a Carrier and they happily always provide one. Best to bring your own though , I will now ?. Overall this place had great reviews which is how I came across it and they have done an excellent job thus far. I trust them with my little babies.
