Horrible customer service. I jumped through all the hoops they asked of me and was sent out the wrong part a month later. So, here we go again. I might just take this back to where i purchased it.

Customer Service is terrible and Ron in parts has nothing but a horrible attitude. Ordered and paid for a part in March 2025 and it is now June and still no part. When I call to inquire I get nothing but a bad attitude and excuses.

Been calling for over two weeks leaving messages and not return phone call from their support line. I never knew they borrow the snap on trade name for pressure washers. Their number is there on the product to call for customer service but it’s so hard to get a hold of anyone
