This is about the 3rd time payment issue with AmPm rewards that not got resolved. I bought 3 drinks, claimed a 3-pack cookies reward & redeemed a free 3-pack cookies promo to try new strawberry lemonade flavor. I asked the male clerk to confirm that the cookies were free & he confirmed. After I checked the receipt after I paid & saw that a pack of cookies was charged because he scanned both the same type. I went in to ask him to correct it & give me a refund but he said he didn't know how so he couldn't give me back my money. I asked for a manager or whoever could fix the issue & he said no one. I went home then phoned customer service but was instructed to email, so I did. Over a week & no one followed up/responded to my correspondence. It's frustrating trying to resolve charging issues with AmPm stores.

Guy behind the counter last night said they don’t do cash back and that I would have to call the bank, he did not refund transaction and he crumbled up my receipt and wouldn’t give it to me. Probably pocketed the cash for himself. Scammer gas station.

Filling up at the No 1 pump and it didn't automatically shut off. I had stepped away to get something from the passenger side and I heard what sounded like rushing water and realized it was fuel. Went inside to let the attendant know and he had no issue with it.
