Hello...I do not usually write bad reviews but my experience was just overall terrible. The only good thing is the manager Cristina who is very understanding and kind and helped me out a lot. On Monday morning, I went to pump gas and purchase a drink and when I went to pay, I tried to explain that I wanted to split pay. The cashier, whose name is Dionicio I believe, was not understanding at all and even screamed at me in spanish. He was very rude and just looked at me with disgust. I really hope they fire him because no one should have to go through what I did that day and I wanted to cry on the way home because I thought maybe I was the problem. But I decided to stand up and defend myself. Thank you to the manager for helping me out and consoling me, I wish her the best when dealing with these employees!

whenever i go inside this arco to purchase gas, i always encounter this younger middle eastern girl with eye-glasses who doesnt smile and just gives me that you are not welcome here look. After paying for my gas, she would make rude remarks at me. I don't know what it is but i am now suspecting maybe its not a customer service issue but more of a mental illness issue. I pray that she will get well and she will smile and be nice to her customers. let's all pray for this arco so it will become a happy gas station instead of a scary one.

My car was stolen recently from Tustin, and ended up abandoned in this Am/Pm location’s parking lot. Omar, the manager had the fore site to call the police first to see if it was stolen before towing my car, and has been beyond patient with me dealing with my insurance company. Also, since I have needed to spend some time at the store, it’s very clean, well supplied and the staff all seem very friendly, but Omar has been awesome!!!
