Erika went out of her way and stayed extra to assist with my issues with my online mobile banking. I usually don’t come to this location, but I’m so glad that I did! Unfortunately my issue wasn’t resolved due to the actual BOA phone assistance (had to wait forever on the line) but Erika was the best in trying to help until the end!”
