The store was busy but I waited my turn! Easy process after that, got all my stuff transferred. I am now enjoying my brand new phone which is awesome. Everyone was great and very helpful.

Don’t not get the internet!!!!! it will show signal, but it will make your TV glitch even when I took it to the UPS store they go oh another one of these and I asked them you get a lot of them and they go all day long and I have to keep my receipt because they will tell you that They didn’t receive it and try and charge you for the unit!!

I don't know exactly the store associate name...on the reciept is carlos.. .my wife and I were very pleased with this young man's help and experience...he is a great worker...very attentive....kind...and knowledgeable.. thank u for ur help..

Jordan seemed like we were bothering him. He never said two words to us. Only asked why we were there . I am a BRAND NEW AT&&T customer, I switched from Verizon. I had been with them for 30 years. I am SO disappointed! Definitely not what my salesman sold me on.
