A warm expression of thanks to Julian (Katella and Knott AT&T). On top of providing the customer service I would have expected, Julian has a way of being immersed into the intent/mind-frame of the customer (me). Thus, bringing the customer to the most optimal and logical program/plan for their specific needs. Lastly, as a teacher, I always tell my students that you don't have to be very dramatic and theatrical to be enthusiastic about something. The purpose of being enthusiastic is to hopefully bring the listener (or in this case the customer), to do business with AT&T and also encourage the customer to be hungry for knowledge beyond the payments and numbers on the bill.Julian effortlessly did all of the above with a peaceful demeanor. I walked out of this AT&T store more knowledgeable of all-things-smart phones.Thank you, AT&T, for having a brilliant guy like Julian.-Miguel Cunanan

My first time @ this location. I was welcomed by everyone. BUT Alexandra helped me out purchasing my new item. Sweet, patient & informative. She notified about the at&t DEALS and made everything make sense crystal clear when i was a little lost. I saved money ! I did come back for another purchase, she KNEW what i came in for and i was in and out quickly. TIME definitely not wasted ! ASK for Alexandra!!

Art reps Rip you off by tranfering calls to the Philippines I got screwed by Vrea who messed up my order she lied by forcing me to get a new number she did not send correct phone I called a&t spoke to Josh who basically stated yep you got screwed stuck with a phone I cannot use all due to their rep who took the order withvthevladies in background being loud me repeating to this person So just to let you know AT& T takes no responsibility for thier Employees lying and screwing their customers amd lying! This fight is not over At& t thank god I have accurate notes in which I will personally look for others this has happened to and start a law suit .

I brought in a $24.00 AT&T charging cord that I had bought at another location on March 5th. It had broken within a few weeks. I told the young man I had probably purchased it maybe 6 weeks? ago, as I wasn't sure. I said I needed to exchange it & purchase a second one for my husband. Brian immediately said I only had 14 days. I was flabbergasted. He then said I would need to go back to Chino Hills where I purchased it, even after I told him it happened before, 9 months in and another store exchanged it with no problem! I said I would have just bought one at a department store! I asked for a business card and he gave me a blank card. He wouldn't give me a manager's name and said he couldn't get ahold of him. I immediately called another store and was able to exchange it and buy one for my husband. No problem. I think the manager should review AT&T's exchange policy with Brian. If you are reading this review, give your business to the Westminster location on Beach Blvd. They are the best and we've never been disappointed with service there! From att.com: Accessories purchased from AT&T stores or online are covered by a one-year warranty. To exchange, bring a valid proof of purchase to any AT&T store.

The service here is amazing , stopped by sometime last week and I was impressed on how friendly staff was . In particular this team member by the name of Lupe helped me out with all my questions regarding my phone service . I will definitely be returning to this location !

I visited this store today because I had been working with AT&T on the phone for the last 4 days on a new order. The complete ineptness of AT&T's phone service had me on the verge of moving all my services to Verizon. Jennifer at this location gets all the credit for retaining me as a customer. Her personality was awesome, knowledge was amazing, and I couldn't be more appreciative of her help. Julian also assisted me with new accessories. I highly recommend this store and its staff. Never use AT&T's phone resources.....Never!

Jenny G. was so helpful and kind. When I came in I had a terrible coughing episode and went outside until it passed. She sent my daughter out with water and gave me a cough drop. Very helpful! In addition to that kindness she was very knowledgeable and helped resolve an issue I was having establishing new lines for smart watches. I will definitely come back when I have other mobile needs!
