Fidel helped me with a battery replacement and even graciously explained to me what to do to clean the covers so that my new battery will last longer for this next round. I truly appreciate his help and would happily come here again if I need any help with my car in the future.

Went to this location to get new brake lights, and needed help installing them. Fidel, the store manager, was very helpful and installed them for me! I recommended this location for its great service, and kind and helpful workers!

Guillermo at the Cypress AutoZone on Lincoln. Outstanding service on his behalf. He took plenty of time to help me diagnose what was going on with my truck. I'm a Veteran and I have a hearing disability he just did an outstanding job helping me resolve my electrical problem with some different ideas and along with the service of getting me an alternator as fast as he possibly could. So I'd like to recognize Guillermo for is outstanding service at the Cypress AutoZone store.

Went in for a free battery check and turned out it was bad. The store manager Fidel Gonzalez helped me out every single step of the way. Highly Recommend coming here if you need anything

The manager Ferdale(sorry if missed) Garrett and Jose was very patient with me and helpful. I came in needing to change an item due to receiving the wrong one from another store. They figured out my issue and helped with without hesitation and lots of patience. I will be back to this store.
