So I've been coming here on & off since 2016. I started going more regularly to her the past 1 1/2 years. Every time I have gone, I get the same thing, light pink almond shaped medium length. I always ask for acrylic but she puts on POLYGEL. The tubes she uses are polygel, not acrylic. Poly gel is way less expensive than acrylic. Every time I have gone in, she charges me different amounts for the same thing. Once it was $45, then it was $50 then to $55. I called two days ago & asked her how much an acrylic set would be. She told me $30 starting price for acrylic. When I went in today, she again tried putting poly gel on me instead of acrylic. When I asked her about it she told me she was allergic to the stuff in acrylic. I then asked her how much the poly gel was. She told me she was gonna charge me $65 & that she was giving me a deal because she should charge me more. I ended up walking out with just the fake nails glued to my fingers & went to a different place. I have personally bought poly gel tubes, you can get several different colors of professional poly gel TUBES for wayyy cheaper than what she's asking for. FOR THE WHOLE TUBE OF IT. I have been a loyal customer to this place & I feel as though they have been taking advantage of me & upcharging me for way too long. I purposely called her ahead of time this time to find out pricing BEFORE hand. She uses a brand called JAS Nails. You can buy these tubes online for wayyy cheaper. Do not go here for anything acrylic nails because they are not actually using acrylic. I'm deeply sad to write this post as I've been coming here since high school but when I asked her about it she got defensive & lied to me & told me she wasn't upcharging. Do not come here for anything besides gel polish.

I'm a new local to this area and have been looking for a new nail salon and BB Nails was it! The ladies here are kind and professional. The prices are great. I'll definitely be a regular here.

This place was great. I called and they took me in right away. They did great work and the massage to my pedicure was AMAZINGI'm pregnant and on my feet all day and they did a great job. They're friendly also. Definitely recommend

The ladies in the salon was nice. The pedicure was by far the worst paint job I have ever seen. Everything up until the painting of the toes were great. Needless to say I could have painted my toes better than what that lady did in the salon. I have never been so disappointed paying to get my nails done. Don't get your nails done by this particular person and I really wish I got her name. On a side note: The lady at the first station did the manicures for me and my mom did a very nice job.

Full five stars for their pedicures only!!!! It's fully worth the $40 I promise!! You will receive the best foot massages along with hot rocks, foot scrubs, and wax! I always bring my friends and they enjoy it as much as me. Don't let them rip you off on being lazy though cause some of the girls will hardly put in work since they don't usually get tipped. I will take pictures of each step next visit.

Came in to get my acrylics taken off and was told that my nails were too long to do and denied of service. I don't know how the length matters when I only wanted them to be removed, wasn't told even to come back at at a different time seems like they are just lazy and didn't want to do it. Went to the next nail salon and what do you know they tell me to wait only 15 mins and gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Customer service people, it goes a long way

My 1st time here and wow wow wow. The women here are nice and respectful. They didn't hesitate to contingency treatment when I asked for more time on my feet. Most places test you like they're robots but not here. My hands and feet look great! Definitely a diamond in the rough in Cypress.
