The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Trying to get antibiotics for my very sick grandmother and they didn’t want to take the time to call to verify her insurance. Spoke to one rep and she had no idea what she was talking about then I asked to speak to a supervisor and she was even more rude. Told me I could go to another pharmacy. They don’t care about your loved ones they are all about money. No on was helpful at all and you could tell they were annoyed when any questions were asked. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years and this is not how you deal with patients families. They need to be re trained or fired. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would give zero stars if I could. They sent out supplies to my mother which she couldn't even use, then charged her hundreds of dollars for them without any advance notice of what the cost involved. Forget about customer service. They don't know the meaning of the word. Awful, just awful. I wouldn't trust them to care for a sick skunk.

COVID took a toll on this company. Terrible customer service, staff showed up to our home unkept, and the woman was extremely rude to my mother. We were long time customers and won’t be spending another dime here after this recent experience.

Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. Funny to see the owner tried to come on here to up his ratings and deleted it when he got called out for it, embodies the sleezy people that work here. Makes you question the positive "reviews" your reading on here. Appears they're being put up by fake profiles like the ones on their website. Wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy, go anywhere but here.
