But came in to fix my windshield and they did it perfectly. Made a last-minute appointment and needed the earliest time available. They let me know to just show up as they open on Saturday morning and they'll take me, no problem.
As I arrived, they had some hiccup and had to open a little later, so some people were already waiting. No problem.
I waited in their waiting room, which is a bit small. I was just hoping they would update me as to how long it would take. It was a while until I had to ask for an estimated time of completion. It wasn't until then that they called me 10 min after that they were done. They were friendly though.
Overall though, they did a great job for a very price. I'd recommend it.”
“No doubt the hidden gem of window repair and replacement shops out there. Sam is THE BEST at what he does and has the most honest and humble personality a person can have. He works hard and the results definitely show. Dont trust others because they’ll take short cuts and definitely don’t trust those big companies with their advertisement because you’re basically paying for their budget to flood the airspace with more BS ads. “Easy peasy. Filed everything through State Farm app. Got a list of repair shops, and chose Fix Auto in Brea. Fix Auto called me right away and scheduled appointment to look at my Tesla. When I brought my car in for the repairs, they called me a Lyft to get my rental car. They kept me informed via text about the progress of the repair (like when they ordered the parts, when the parts came in, and when they started repairs, etc.). Fixed in 10 days. Brought back the rental car. Didn’t even have to return it to Hertz, they took care of it all. Car looks great! Friendly service. What more could you ask for.”

Extremely professional service, fast, and a great price!!! At least 40 bucks cheaper than any other place I called and the guys were great! Frank (the owner) was super nice and informative, he came to say hi and give me a report on my car. A small amount of up-selling as expected but there wasn't much pressure and they were very respectful.

“My back passenger window was broken on my 2022 Honda Accord. I immediately contacted Safelite who quoted $561 and couldn’t fix it until two days later. I then contacted a second provider who quoted me $279 but also couldn’t provide the replacement until two days later. I ended up calling Pete’s Auto Glass who had the window available and asked me if I could bring the car in within the hour. I paid $205; received awesome service by the receptionist and the serviceman. The window was replaced within 90 min and I’m 1000% happy with their overall service. Highly recommend!!”
