“Long, overdue review.
But came in to fix my windshield and they did it perfectly. Made a last-minute appointment and needed the earliest time available. They let me know to just show up as they open on Saturday morning and they'll take me, no problem.
As I arrived, they had some hiccup and had to open a little later, so some people were already waiting. No problem.
I waited in their waiting room, which is a bit small. I was just hoping they would update me as to how long it would take. It was a while until I had to ask for an estimated time of completion. It wasn't until then that they called me 10 min after that they were done. They were friendly though.
Overall though, they did a great job for a very price. I'd recommend it.”

“A large truck suddenly cut in front of my wife's car, white Honda Accord causing significant damage—including deep scratches along the entire left side, a smashed side mirror, and dents to the door and front paneling—and creating a truly dangerous situation. To handle the insurance claim, I decided to take the car to Fix Auto on Stanton Ave in Buena Park—a body shop I had used three years ago after someone rear-ended my truck, and with which I had been very satisfied. They actually finished the repairs two days ahead of schedule. In every respect—from the speed of the work to the quality of the craftsmanship and the friendliness of the staff—the experience was even more satisfying than it had been three years ago. The dealer had previously looked at it and recommended a repair of over $1000 due to the intensive labor of replacing a piece that interacts with the window. Scott assessed it, determined the piece did not look broken, and was able to fix it on the spot! I would definitely come back here for a bigger repair. Super nice folks and great troubleshooting!”

“John and his team at Magic Touch may literally have the magic touch. I brought in my 2013 matrix that had a lot of fading, flaking, and rough areas. It was embarrassing to drive to say the least. John confidently said he could do the job at an affordable rate. I left it for a few days while on vacation and I returned to the car I once had. It looked brand new!
