“This is the best place in the world. Diego treated me like family. From the very start he was kind, informative, and gave so much guidance on how to deal with repairs and insurance. He fought for me to get the best price. When I brought my car in the first time he promised me it would be all on insurance and nothing would come out of my pocket, and he did exactly that. The repairs made it look like a brand new car and he even used some extra paint to fix some scuffs that weren’t even included in the damage on request and it was no issue. He is so wonderful and patient and knowledgeable. Plus he kept fantastic communication and even if calls got missed he would always follow up with texts. I can’t recommend him enough. “Rear window on my Ram TRX was broken during an attempted theft. Originally got quoted 1-2 weeks to get a new window from others, called Beach Auto Glass and had it installed by that afternoon. The owner was very professional and courteous, and his pricing was very reasonable. He quoted me 1-2 hours for the install, it ended up being more challenging than expected, and he did not charge me one cent more despite taking a couple extra hours. He even worked late to ensure it got done same day so I could have my truck for work the next day, awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend to family & friends.”

“Picked up my car yesterday and so far so good. Came here after my car got broken into and window was shattered. They fixed the window in less than 24 hours, made sure the window replacement was of good manufacturer’s quality, and cleaned out all the glass in my car. The only thing I would improve about the experience is quicker communication and follow through from them - they would say they’d call me before certain times of day, but I had to call to get updates on whether my car was done or not. Other than that, the window replacement has been great so far and they had great customer service. Would definitely recommend and come back should I ever need another window repair!”
