“After a discouraging issue with my Prius, I reached out to Metric Motors and was greeted by the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in this industry. John Henry was helpful, kind, considerate, caring, and SOOOO selfless. Where he could’ve easily made a few thousand off of me, he directed me to manufactures warranty covering my issue and helped walk me through it. “Had my catalytic converter stolen off my honda element in the heartwell driving range parking lot in long beach after the pandemic when they were getting stolen like crazy, and it took almost year for the dealership to get me a replacement. Ended up buying an anti-theft cat guard afterwards and came here to have it installed. They did a great quality job with the install and havent had any attempts on theft in the past few years! Great work and friendly, reasonably priced service. Small shop tucked between discount tire and the Toy shop in cypress. Highly recommend for any muffler needs!”

“AAA dispatched A&E services to tow my 92 Chevy Pickup. (AAA was terrible) but A&E Towing and the driver Casey was awesome. From now on I'll just skip calling AAA and just call A&E directly. Free towing through AAA sounds great but it does have a cost of frustration.”

I wasn't familiar with the shop at first, but after a colleague at my company recommended it, I decided to give it a try—and looking back now, I am incredibly grateful that I did. The reason I’m taking the time to write this review is that two weeks ago, my car developed an oil leak; I stopped by several places, but the responses I received were all completely baffling. Finally, I dropped by this shop while passing through the area. Despite being incredibly busy, the owner kindly provided me with an accurate diagnosis, allowing me to simply visit a parts store and resolve the issue myself for a very minimal cost. “They did an incredible job on my Audi! At the best price in town. I especially liked how they followed up on what was needed as we fixed my Audi. We did a complete repair of the coolant pipes on my Audi 2019 Quattro. Im so thankful we were able to get it done without breaking the bank. I will definitely be back for any additional Audi repairs. I love my car, but these cars are not cheap so you gotta find the right person to be able to work on them and I’m so happy to say these guys, are that right person! “It's difficult to go anywhere and get a fair deal, especially when it comes to Automotive repair. Everyone wants to high gross you no matter what you are having done. I just wanted an oil change but the first half a dozen places I went wouldn't even do it because it's a high end vehicle but these guys went out of their way to do it and gave me a great price. I would send anyone who needed anything done, to the Tire Depot. Just the transparency is worth paying more but I ended up saving $100.00 which was a refreshing change!”

“Absolutely love this tire shop. I went in 2 weeks ago to get a used tire. When the employee pulled off my tires, he immediately showed me the inside wall and we were both stunned that I had not had a blow out yet. He suggested we check the other tires and sure enough I desperately needed to change the front tires. Back tires had some tread left but since I have small child, I did not feel safe driving around with the old tires. We swapped out the front 2 for new, and I came back 2 days later for the back tires and alignment. Alignment is done down the street and that vendor (can't remember their name) was great.
I typically would drive to Wilmington to get patches at my old tire shop but it's too far. I located Fast Tire a year ago and have been using them since then. Highly recommend. All the employees are great.”

“Was looking for a shop to do an alignment and rebalance my oversized tires on my truck, specifically using the Hunter Roadforce balancer. Raul and Matt got me in and out fast and im super happy with the alignment and the balance they did. I am super picky about how the steering wheel sits after an alignment but Matt made sure it was exactly how I wanted it. The last shop didn't do a great job so I want to thank Raul and Matt for getting it done right. I'll be back and am already referring others to this shop. Thanks!”

“I’ve gone here twice now, for two different cars and this place is AMAZING. It ended up being a super cheap fix, but he could have totally ripped me off or tricked me since I don’t know much about cars. Additionally he told me to go to the dealership since there’s a recall, instead of just doing it himself and charging me a lot. He is such an honest good man who truly just wants to help. I cannot recommend him enough! Go here if you need repairs!!”
“I've gotten new rims recently and was lost where to go for tires, fitment, and etc. I've called many different tire places and they either was too expensive (1000 for some off brand tires) or didn't even offer to help because I had a coilovers. So after calling around, I ended up calling here. When I called, Tony picked up and he was really friendly and helpful, telling all the steps he was going to take to get me a right tire and right fitment, of course while asking for my decision. Tony also gave me many different choices on tires and pricing was very reasonable. I really recommend this place if you just picked up new rims and wanting to get right fitment with good priced tires, or even just getting a new set of tires.”

I think he still owns the smog shop next to Jiffy Lube just west of this location.”

“The lethal combination of being a Volvo expert, reasonably priced, and a good man. Matt is both an expert for Volvo (worked at Volvo dealership service center for decades) and an honest man that finds ways to provide the best option that minimizes cost. Also he is a nice man and very friendly.
For my engine oil leak, I went to several auto shops including a Volvo dealership, and they gave reasonable fix suggestions but were expensive since the work involved a lot of labor. Matt knew what he was looking at and suggested replacing a component and testing it first, instead of replacing the whole subsystem like the others were suggesting. The latter would definitely fix it but would have cost a lot more. Well it worked! Leak is gone after months of driving and I paid less than half of what the other cheapest auto shops quoted, and much less than the dealership. Matt is just too impressive!”
