“Made a reservation early Sunday morning only to arrive at 11 am to pick up the compact car I rented and find out the car I requested wasn't there. I learned the nation wide reservation system confirms vehicle availability based upon when people should be returning a car. So when a renter decides to keep their car a few more days before turning it in, the local budget franchise winds up looking incompetent because they don't have the car promised. Doing her best, the local person let me have, for the original rate, the only vehicle available. A monster double cab F 150 truck. It is like driving a bus and only gets mpg in the teens. So I'll be exchanging it for a compact as soon as they get one in. The bottom line is if you reserve a vehicle from one of these small franchisees, you may not always get what you want when you want it. However, if you don't act like a j**** I've found the staff will often do their best to work with you.”

The car was excellent clean with low miles Quite impressed with the car brakes excellent pickup or acceleration excellent cargo space excellent . Overall very impressed with the vehicle. “I recently went to Hertz to get a rental car when my car got stolen. They wanted a $500.00 deposit to use a debit card which was insane. So I left and went to Enterprise they took good care of me and communicated with me and my insurance adjuster. My experience was great and stress free. “WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. “The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t what I expected regarding size for my kids but the next day Leo was just awesome. “Great customer service, and I love the short walk from the gate to the counter. No Emerald Executive Aisle, but you don't miss it. The cars are right beside the counter. Super quick and easy. The only problem is I cannot, for the life of me, get through to anyone by calling the local number. I left my makeup bag on the floor in the front passenger seat upon returning the car. My 15 year old just gifted it to me for my birthday, along with all of the makeup inside of it. The website lost and found process is not returning any results, but this location is so small and personal, I know that I could just speak to someone live, they would find it. I am so sad. There's also a fake diamond tennis bracelet in there my mother in law just gave me. I'm so sad. Please please return it. I will send you a prepaid FedEx packing label or UPS. Please respond.”
