“Recently, I was in a car accident bad enough that I needed to rent a car. I had never rented a car in my life and I was especially nervous about it. “The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“AMAZING. Their reservation line never communicated to the location that they needed to pick us up since we were down the street. When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. There were quick to respond and said they would send someone out as soon as possible. They came pretty quickly and saved the day, I would give them seven stars.”

“The day before I was supposed to return my car rental I received notification from the airline that due to bad weather i ad to change my flight. I tried to contact Enterprise at the Downtown Long Beach but they were closed. I called customer service and I was told that the offices were closed and that I had to wait until the next day at 8am to speak with someone. Customer service also told me that there would be a fee to drop the car off at a different location and they couldn’t provide the fee because they did not know. Well, my flight departure was changed to 9:05 am boarding at 8:35am and I couldn’t wait. I was disappointed that Enterprise did not have something in place to assist its customers after hours. So, I emailed the CEO, President and VP the next morning and I never received a reply. I then decided I would return the car to the Enterprise at Long Beach airport and I shared with Karen Mason at Enterprise what happened and she accepted the car and waived the fee. Thank you Karen Mason for allowing me to return my rental and waiving the fee. It’s people like you Ms. Mason that make the world a better place.”

“I selected Enterprise after my auto accident because it was close to home. I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop and was picked up by Raul. He took me to Enterprise. When I got there I was helped by Leslie. She helped me get my rental started and was thorough in explaining the insurance process. I had no problems with my rental and my vehicle was repaired faster than expected. I dropped off my rental and Eduardo helped me return the vehicle. It was an easy process. Raul took me back to the repair shop and I picked up my car. I would definitely rent a car from Enterprise”

I needed to rent a car for a quick trip (my regular car is old and I didn't trust it to make a long trip I had planned). She made renting my first car a breeze! “Great customer service, and I love the short walk from the gate to the counter. No Emerald Executive Aisle, but you don't miss it. The cars are right beside the counter. Super quick and easy. The only problem is I cannot, for the life of me, get through to anyone by calling the local number. I left my makeup bag on the floor in the front passenger seat upon returning the car. My 15 year old just gifted it to me for my birthday, along with all of the makeup inside of it. The website lost and found process is not returning any results, but this location is so small and personal, I know that I could just speak to someone live, they would find it. I am so sad. There's also a fake diamond tennis bracelet in there my mother in law just gave me. I'm so sad. Please please return it. I will send you a prepaid FedEx packing label or UPS. Please respond.”

“I've used Enterprise at this location several times over the years with mixed results. However today's encounter was exceptional. My daughter was renting associated with an insurance claim. Manager Goef was professional friendly and turned us over to Brianna. Brianna was exceptional, patiently giving us all our options, she was engaging without trying to sell us something we don't need.
