Terrible customer experience. I realize we are going through a pandemic, but we don't need Corporate Greedy American to make things more stressful.Shopping Carts - They no longer have the Purrell wipes outside for us. They use to sanitize the carts for us, that's gone. Wear gloves for us. They have a big bottle and cheap brown paper that's very hard to tear. We have to clean our own carts now.Shopping Bags - I'm big into being Green. They started using the reusable bags again and charge us, which we cannot re-use during this pandemic. Come on use the cheap throw away bags, until this pandemic is under control. I brought my own bag and they refuse to bag for us. Causing a long line and slowing everything down. Wear Gloves.Stock - I realize supply chain is a concern right now. We cannot find so many things.Price - The price is double in comparison to the past. My bill is always double what it use to be. Reality Americans are struggling financially. Support us.Less Cashiers, less staff, less service, less stock, long lines - Come on this is a business that has been open through the whole pandemic. This business has been open unlike most other businesses. Stop taking advantage of the situation. Your revenue is still coming in.We need a kinder, gentler nation! Take care of your citizens, don't rip them off. We want to walk out of the store with a smile and great experience. Bring it back. Otherwise, you will lose your customers.

Bought a $425 netspend card here and it does not work. Apparently it was registered to someone else before I bought it. Net spend told I need to have them take care of it I have brought 2 copies in of my receipt and the card and packaging as well. They lost the first one. Came back again and copied all if it for them. Still has not been resolved or even a phone call from manager Susie. I have been trying to resolve this since July 21st. My receipts are so old they are now beginning to fade. Smh right now with pandemic money is tight $425 is not something you ignore! Ps I now do not shop there any longer.

I had a nightmare experience there trying to get a same day pick up and was literally on the phone for over 45 minutes and was told everything was fine come pick up my order and it wasn't I actually had to go inside the store and shop myself and this so called manager did nothing he wouldn't even open a register to let me pay after destroying over an hour and 30 minutes of my time!!! But!! there was a little LIGHT at the end of the tunnel and that was a sales manager there a young lady who's name is Denise Thank you LORD!!!! for Denise!!!!!!! She's great!!!!! That's who you should have as store manager!!! She gets what it takes what it takes to lead and serve the public and her customers!!! Thank you for helping me I truly appreciate it. Usually don't leave reviews especially on grocery stores but this needed to be said. Came in around midnight (they were closing at 1 am) and checked out around 12:45. They were getting ready to close and noticed the people restocking/doing inventory weren't even wearing masks or gloves! One man was even eating while restocking! I get it it's late at night but still you're handling things that people touch and take home with them. That wasn't even the worst part of our visit. When we checked out, James F rung us up and it was an embarrassing experience to say the least. We had a basket full of waters that my boyfriend was holding and he thought it would be considerate to just hold it and tell James how much we had to make things easier. James continued to ask, "You know you can't take that basket out of the store right?" He obviously thought we were up to no good but sorry I didn't know I had to dress up to go to the grocery store at midnight. Then the best part, he asked if we wanted bags, I said just one and my boyfriend proceeded to insist on two, to no reply from James. So of course we assumed two bags was ok. He rung us up, we paid, then started bagging our items. We get to the second bag and he PROCEEDS TO TELL US ITS AGAINST STATE LAW TO GET MORE BAGS THAN WHAT WE PAID FOR. Ok obvious miscommunication but come on. My boyfriend was obviously confused and then James repeats himself then my boyfriend says "Oh we asked for two" to which he responds with, "she asked for one." We're about to take our groceries out of the second bag and at this point my boyfriend is so embarrassed he won't stop apologizing. James says it's ok but repeats himself at this point for the fourth time now that it is against California law to not purchase bags you use. How embarrassing. Pretty sure he is a manager I'm not sure if he had a bad day or cause of the late shift but please learn to treat your customers with more respect.

As most of you know I am a first responder, I have been working directly with Covid from day 1. We healthcare workers are exhausted and find that most of the public just doesn't give a rats a** if people die or loose they're loved ones or Businesses. It's continuing to spread, masks are just a small portion of this on going pandemic! I am disgusted with Ralphs and this store . I am going to report them to the CDC, Orange County health dept and even go higher up to the president of Kroger. First of all :1.Nobody cleaning carts2. They announced over the PA multiple times masks were required, really....your store is filthy!3. The self check out line had nobody cleaning after use each use.4. No hand sanitizer or wipes for me to do myself I asked the young lady who was standing there to help with the cash registers where and why they aren't cleaning. She stated, "we don't have anyone, they got rid of them". I said well someone needs to clean or you should shut this area off and have us use regular check out....as she rolled her eyes I said get the manager, who was clearly not interested in my complaint. He may need to be re-educated in the current standards for Covid 19 regulations for the public safety. This is a industry who want hazard pay! Really, when your not even doing your part to sanitize! He stated...."ma'me , would you like me to clean your area, I said No! I want you to clean this whole area after every use or shut it down un til you have help. Your employee said you were short staffed. Why isn't she wiping down this area while she stands here. He was rude and irritated with my concerns. That is why I am venting about this. It's the irresponsibility of these businesses that have kept this Covid pandemic. So No we are Not are all in this all together. Clearly the public needs to take matters in their own hands. Bring your wipes and sanitizer if you go to Ralph's or better yet, DONT SHOP HERE! #krogerfoods this will be emailed to corporate!

This Ralphs has been the most stocked grocery store I have been to since COVID-19, they have almost everything I need. I really appreciate the employees and managers being super helpful during the situation. I also really enjoy that theres self check out just incase you don't want anyone touching your items.

COVID-19 HAZARD One employee I think he's spraying stuff has his mask half on. His nose is exposed. May as well not have anything. Guy outside collecting carts is not wearing a mask at all. Is he gonna put one one once in the store? Groceries are among the main locations where people get infected. The management is clearly not taking this seriously enough and not overlooking their employees enough to protect themselves and their customers.

Went to pick up a few items and Ralph's was convenient. Checking out Inwas going to grab $40 cash back only to learn that they now charge 50 cents, are you kidding me. Thank goodness Sprouts and Vons are near by. Ralph's, I thought you were better than this.

I enjoy shopping at this location of Ralph's. Staff is helpful and friendly. It's usually always clean. Shelves are always stocked and faced properly. I rarely find an expired item, rarely, but on occasion it happens. They always have great deals and sales. The meat section is always stocked up with fresh selections. Produce is always being restocked which is nice. Small section of cookies compared to candy but that is personal preference. Parking is not bad. Customers are nice for the most part.

Don't go here if the pre-packaged meat on the selves isn't what you want. wanted to get some pre-formed hamburger patties. Before we moved awhile back, we shopped at Stater Bros. and all I had to do was walk up to the counter and tell the guy I wanted total of 4 (or 6 or whatever) patties, 85%/15%, 1/3 lb. each. within a couple of minutes, he'd hand me aa package that was just exactly what I wanted. Since we moved, I've beam going to the local Ralph's and they just don't seem to get it. Today I looked to see what pre-packaged patties they had. The main option was a package with 4 patties approx.. 1/4 lb. each, which is smaller than I'd like. So I went to the counter and they had more choices, but mainly pre-seasoned, or with cheese and bacon bits mixed in. So I told the guy I wanted a total of six 1/3lb. patties, plain ground beef. It took awhile and 2 more people to communicate this, but eventually they told me they could make up what I was asking but that it would take about 10 minutes. So told the guy I was gonna grab other items and would be right back. When I came back, the guy came out of the back and handed me 4 packages. Each one had had 2 patties that were way too small to be 1/3 lb., and when I looked at the sticker on top, it said the overall package was a bit under 1/2 lb. Meaning, the patties were less than 1/4 lb. each. Plus, it showed the price as $7.99/lb. because they'd used the most expensive variety of ground beef instead of the $4.99/lb. I'd asked for. I pointed these things out to him, and he muttered "sorry we couldn't help you" and walked away. I don't understand why this was such a problem, but next time I'm going to find somewhere else to shop.

The girls at this location are always the sweetest! They ALWAYS get my drink right, and they have even remade a drink for me that another Starbucks got wrong (but was too far away to take back at that point). No questions asked. They always provide great customer service!
