I love this location the staff are so nice and professional and courteous . It is so clean and they are very good with social distancing and monitoring people coming in and out . They have long lines because it is a great bank to deal with

Danny was a really helpful Manager, and did a lot to try and help me with my financial queries. Mabella or however you spell her name was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and should not be working in a place like this. Her Customer Service and people skills are non existent and she should get some vigorous training before ever speaking to customers again. The level of disdain and disregard she spoke to me with was disgusting. I've never been spoken down to with such disrespect. Her attitude was vile. She also wouldn't let my partner who is a joint account holder with me into the branch, yet let in a whole family of 3 adults in together. Shocking behaviour and way to treat anyone especially during a global pandemic, and businesses are meant to be kept at a 20% capacity. One rule for some, one rule for another. I knew she was going to be a nightmare to have to deal with from the start. All she did was give me her "So sad, too bad" routine, and tell me there's nothing this branch could do for me, despite me making repayments consistently for years without ever missing a payment. Outrageous way to treat a member of 5 years. She should be let go immediately. Absolutely useless waste of space of an employee. Danny, like I said was professional and reassuring and actually offered sound advice regarding my finances and credit. Props to him for rectifying my queries and concerns. Bless him for trying to defend his employee's honour. But unfortunately, she was in the wrong for giving a repulsive and shocking attitude to a long standing member.

Everytime I go here I feel like I'm being harassed by the front door guy. He's rude and quiet frankly ruins the experience every time. I'm writing my review in hopes to share my experience with others who may feel the same way. The few people that were in front of me had been talking about how it made no sense to be let in one at a time but stand in a packed line outside monitored by this guy. There could be a more efficient system and coordinator at the front.

Just wanted to give Judith Cardenas a big thank you for all the help she provided! Walked into the Branch and was greeted by Judith, Maintaining distance and wearing her mask! She provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions I had.

Awesome customer service as usual Alyssa and Nancy went above & beyond on helping me with my banking needs. Everyone at bank is always so nice and friendly even security guarddefinitely feels like I'm visiting family when I come to bank. School First has definitely been a blessing especially during this pandemic on my banking needs Will definitely refer my family and friends to bank sending all the blessings to bank and their Awesome staff

The customer service I experienced here with Garrett felt like it was one coming from a family member. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. He made me feel so comfortable, he was inspirational, and really motivated me to establish my financial future. He told me he was proud of me for doing better saving money and he said I was going down the right path. I can't explain how Impactful this was for me, coming from having bad credit and living paycheck to paycheck. This is the type of hospitality I have always hoped for and never imagined I would get at a bank. He made sure that I felt comfortable to come back at any time and ask him questions whenever I needed to. Garrett is a true asset to your company.

I cannot believe this branch don't do a thing to resolve the customers flow. This morning around 11:00 am, I waited in line for 35 -40 minutes for a deposit, there were about 15 people ahead of me. I found out they only had 3 tellers opened, and within 10 minutes there were at least 35-40 people behind me. I believe over 50 people were waiting in line. I questioned the front desk whether she would do anything about this or just to pretend she didn't see anything. There were quite few older people had to stand in line for a long line. If they are so busy why not give out numbers or make appointments.

I've been with School First for over 25 years. Their phone service used to be great. It was easy to contact a customer service rep. Not anymore..They put me on hold forever (half hour - 45 minutes) before I can speak to anyone. Many times they drop the calls after holding a long time. Very bad phone service for their customers!!

I came in today to consolidate my debt and condense it all on to my Schools First Credit Card so I can have all my payments in one place. Judith was so nice and she actually offered that I do a personal loan instead. I was a little hesitant at first but when she told me that my APR for my credit card was about 12% and the personal loan was only 7.95% I was instantly intrigued. This is one of the best banks to be a part of. I felt utterly relieved knowing all my other debt is paid off and now it's in one place at a much better interest rate. Thank you again Judith for being so kind and insightful you've helped tremendously!!!

I have been banking here for over 20 years and I have to say that if you want good customer service this is not your bank. You'll be on hold forever and when you finally get a person they're rude and they will hang up on you. I've experienced this about 75% of the times I call - they will put you on hold and then conveniently hang up after you've waited forever to reach somebody. If you are a person who banks-on-the-go this is not a bank for you. They do not work on your time and they don't have time to work for you. As far as the bank goes it's fine however the customer service sucks! I need to find the time to move all of my money out of this bank and go someplace else, but to save you that time just go someplace else - you don't want to bank here!
