Paid for tires and a week later had a nail.
I went to Cypress and they told me they only fix flat by appointment.
They took care of me quickly after I complained, but just one more anti customer policy.
I can see appointment for rotations, but flats? Wait two weeks for appointment to get flat fixed, ridiculous.

It's not too crowded, and has an expedited cashiers service. Now they have the best Tequila from Mexico.
