If you advertise on the website you have the tires in stock, specfically at your location, and I show up when you open and you don't have them, you get a 1 star review for wasting my time. It's 2024, there is ZERO excuse for misrepresenting your stock, but if course what was in stock was $300 more. What a coincidence and not a bait and switch... certainly.

Please ask for William. he is the kind of manager that takes care of your problems that you have with your car. if you hate pressure salesmen then you need to talk to William. nobody wants to go into a shop to buy just tires and the salesmen tries to sell you a whole front end replacement service and a tune up. SEE WILLIAM!!!!!

Discount Tires is a great place to get consistent, comprehensive, and convenient car services. They do oil changes, brakes, tires, suspension, and every other service my car needs. I'm a college student who commutes an hour every day, so it's convenient to have one place to get all of my car maintenance handled at once. I'm not knowledgeable about cars, but based on my experience, I'm confident that Discount Tires puts the customer first 100% of the time. William is fantastic at ensuring I get the services I need and not the ones I don't. I've never been upsold or tricked into signing up for maintenance I didn't need. All in all, Discount Tires is a business I trust, which is hard to come by.

This was my first time at this location, I went with my sister since I didn't want to get ripped off. She said she has been going there for a few years and when I spoke to the manager he was very friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave a review but I was shocked that I wasn't told I needed XYZ and that it was going to cost me $$$$. They checked my alignment and this was the first time I ever heard my alignment was good and wasn't charged for something I didn't need. Definitely will go back for all my automotive needs.

I was looking to fix what I thought was a minor puncture and Americas Tire told me I'd have to do a full replacement... I visited Discount Tire, and William was able to repair it without any issues. I was in and out in less than 30 mins - I appreciate honest service in this economy and will be back again

Discount Tires absolutely exceeded my expectations. William provided exceptional service and an honest assessment, unlike what I experienced at another store who recommended brakes to be done and had quoted me in excess of $1,100... But William walked me to my car while it was in the shop and showed me the brakes that were only about half worn - where I had plenty of wear left. He didn't push anything unnecessary and was straight forward with what I needed in order to save me time AND money. They truly care. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on.

John and Anthony were awesome to work with and they tried to help me with my tpms issues on my 2015 f80 m3 but didn't have luck, but they still tried and assisted me in every ways and option. I wish we got it fixed, but it is what it is... but that doesn't diminish their customer service and honestly. I will def use them again and they offer great customer service for sure.

Went to get a nail hole in my tire patched the other day and provided excellent service. Shout out to the manager William for professionalism and getting the job done in a short time span. Definitely will be back 10/10

Just bought new tires because there was a vibration on my vehicle, they recommended new tires, after installation the vibration was worse, I went to a different mechanic, he said this place did not balance the tires at all and the cause of the vibration was a wheel bearing, this place does not care about the customer they just want to sell you stuff. Unbelievable. They even suggested that a strut replacement was needed... Thieves

Had some issues with an older 4runner this weekend and the guys at this place really helped us out. It was late in the day and they were happy to help and didn't make us feel stressed or pressured at all. That speaks volumes to me. Very happy with the service, they went above and beyond with one of the issues we were having. They weren't able to fix it but gave us great info on how to proceed. I can't tell you how appreciated that is. These days, every one is so quick to not want to get involved. Very happy with the service here!

Came in as a short notice to get my new TPMs reprogrammed. Initially went to 2 stores where they insisted on removing my old TPMs from my OEM wheels to these aftermarket wheels. Now, that will run a risk on breaking the tpm, scratching and bending the rim. So when I came here, Hovo, tried a different approach and took care of me and tried their scanner. While I was speaking with him, found out how a car enthusiast he is and knows what he’s talking about. Easy to talk to and have the correct and professional recommendations. Anyways, after speaking with him,!my problem vanished and correct by these gentlemen. Highly recommend to all car enthusiasts to come here.
