I couldn't believe what amazing quality in value that was shown to me by the really really great and professional and friendly customer service agents at FedEx office, especially Jonathon and July, Alex and Heidy who really went above and beyond my business by showing me all the available shipping services provide provided. they helped me rush my passport get shredding do some online notary and just really made the whole process. Super easy highly recommended easy parking right

I went on November 7,2024 9:50AM and a curly hair dude looks like Latino works there. He is SOOOOO rude. The scanner did not scan right away and he was so annoyed he had to help me. I wish they hired people not so pissed off to work there! He was so insulted I asked for help! How dare I asked for help???!!!!!

I visited this FedEx location for my print job and was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the female staff. When selecting paper, I felt rushed and had to assertively request to see the sample book to ensure I got the specified paper I wanted. Additionally, while I was picked up an important phone call, I was interrupted abruptly for a code, despite no other customers being in line. I would appreciate a more patient and customer-focused approach in the future. The female employee just had an attitude about her that was overall unpleasant and lacked situational awareness.

I feel sorry for the older guy and lady that are supervisors, I think. Looks like they hate their life and don't want to be there. The other staff are cool, they get it's just a job

Came to simply drop off a return package. None of the employees greeted me. I had to walk up to one to tell about my drop off. Not sure if the employee was having a bad day but he mumbled if I needed a recipient and then escorted me to the self serve kiosk. I politely thank him but he just walks away. Overall I didn't felt welcome.

I recently (24 August 2024) visited the FedEx location in Cypress to complete an Amazon return, specifically to ship a car battery. To my surprise, I was informed by the staff that I couldn’t ship the battery through their facility and was advised to schedule a pickup from my home instead. This information was frustrating and confusing, so I decided to double-check FedEx’s shipping policies after returning home.
Upon reviewing the policy, I found no mention of any restriction that would prevent me from shipping the battery directly from the facility. This clearly shows a lack of knowledge or training on the part of the employee, which led to unnecessary inconvenience. My time and effort were completely wasted due to this misinformation.
FedEx needs to ensure that their staff is better trained on their own shipping policies to avoid causing frustration for their customers. Very disappointed with this experience.
