“Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient.
