I would like to share a terrible experience I encounter today March 1, 2024 at this Jamba Juice store 5373 Katella Ave, Unit B Cypress CA 90630, at 1:36pm. Since I am rewards program member I wanted to used a coupon I received for 50% off a smoothie. When I approached this store the line was long, I decided to stand in line. When I was waiting in line I noticed only one girl who was working, she was taking orders washing blender pitchers and blending smoothies all at the same time. She was also fulfilling all the mobile orders at the same time. I stood in line for about 17 minutes and the girl said out loud I am only going to take Jamba Juice orders from the next customer in line everyone else would have to leave. She was back up on mobile orders and she was the only Jamba Juice employee working in the store. It's very frustrating waiting in a long line for nothing. I can't blame the girl who was working she was doing the best she could all by herself. This is a poor management issue. I asked the girl working in the store for the manager. She told me there is no manager there available. But she did gave me the store manager name which is De'Miyah. I am not sure if De'Miyah is a good store manager but she drop the ball today. If you are under staff then post a sign saying so or close the store instead having customers come in and wait in a long line just to be turned away because you're under staff. The other customers in line were also frustrated and inconvenienced as well. I am writing this review to let Jamba Juice know this is not satisfactory from a customer perspective.

Worst place ever!!! I usually order jamba juice and always get the waffle parfait bowl which is enough to fill me up. Soon As I recieved my order notice the bowl had normal amount of yogurt and no fruit . I counted the strawberries and only had 4 cut pieces and 6 blueberries ! had no granola no honey which when I order it has all these ingredients. I asked if I can please get more fruit granola and honey on my bowl which it seems they added two extra pieces of everything. Felt so ripped off never again going to this location . Really disappointed.

Go to another Jamba! This one is horrible , customer service was NOT pleasant. I went today 10/6 @1:10 asked for açaí primo bowl and the bowl was super sloppy, I asked for extra granola on the side but didn't give me granola in the bowl.

I went after the gym with my girlfriend and the 2 employees seemed off and bothered once walking. We went to order and got attended by a girl named Paige. There was no "Hi welcome" or "What would you like today", we got a cold "what do you want" and she was rude the entire time just giving us mean looks for no reason while placing the order and once finished. She was waiting impatiently when we were deciding the drink size, it only took us 1 min to order we didn't take super long we knew what we wanted but she was still rude even after trying to come off nice and being polite from the start.

Please do yourself a favor and find a different Jamba Juice. I came here today with my son and waited almost 30 minutes for our 2 smoothies!!! There were 3 workers so I don't know what the issue was. Everyone ahead of us had waits just as long. The workers were nice enough but definitely not working any quicker to get the orders filled. Very frustrating. I've NEVER waited so long for a juice at any of the other locations. To top it off, my son received the wrong drink!! At that point I had him suck it up and keep it. I will not be returning.

10 minutes before they closed I went in to get a smoothie really quick. Thankfully they were still open so I ordered my usual white gummy when I got in the car and I started driving way I noticed that the Smoothie was very watered down and almost like a liquid I went back to see if they can remake it or possibly get a refund so the girl decided to remake it for me. I was still not happy with the smoothie because it was still water down and liquid I don't know if the girl didn't put any effort in making it seeing as it was 10 minutes before closing and I'm sure she just wanted to Get out of there. I felt like I wasted my time driving there and spending ten dollars for a water down smoothie that I didn't even finished, can I get a refund Jamba juice or a credit for a new one

Pls read the comments cause everything about this place is so wrong, I go to Jamba Juice about 4-5 times a week and I was in the area this time so I yelped a Jamba Juice and this came up, I was a lil hesitant at first cause if the review and the 3 star, but I thought maybe they got it all fixed...... NOPE!!!! Everything about my p&b smoothie was all wrong, stars and reviews count, so pls pay attention to them as I should've done

Super slow service, workers are sweeping and making dough instead of taking orders, waited over 10 mins for pretzels that were ready in bin, all workers looked miserable and it was 1000 degrees inside.
