I had an unfortunate of encounter just now. I was first told it was okay to sit in my car during the service, then a second serviceman came out and said, “no, not at this location,” when I expressed, I have always sat in my car at every Jiffy Lube.. I am moving and have circumstances in the vehicle that I don’t want to blame anyone else for if something happens, they wouldn’t service my car if I didn’t get out of it so I left. This set back my drive to Northern California as I now look for another location.

There was a bad oil filter put on our car and it's spilled the oil all over the bottom of our car and when we took it back with no questions asked the oil filter was replaced the bottom cover was removed and all the oil was cleaned up and they give us a 10% discount on our next visit although I still think it should have been 50% off the next visit but they were very nice and friendly to my spouse. Very nice manager and staff that works here

I had my oil changed this afternoon. Been to this place twice now, staff are friendly and quick. They are very systematic here, hopefully they maintain this. I think the one who serviced my car is Pinoy, my wife is a Filipina so there you go! Keep it up!

I was getting stressed because I needed oil change but did not have time to stop by honda center, and I happened to drive by here and thought maybe I could get it done here. There was no wait, the employees here were SUPER nice and serviced my car really fast. This is my first car and I have no knowledge of car maintenance but I will be coming back here because I know they will take care of it for me!
