Bought their massage chair 3 years ago and started breaking down after 2 years. I've had 5 repairs already over a span of 1 year and it's still broken. They give a 5 year warranty and each repair process was incredibly painful. Asked them to take it back and they won't face the fact that they've sold a bad product. They're insisting on "repairing" but it's ludicrous to fix and fix until the warranty runs out.

I received the service 3 years after receiving the massage chair from Kahuna. I was very grateful to the Korean people who were so kind. It was difficult to receive service for other products, but it was great that they took care of the inconvenience by setting a schedule.

Edit 10/1/2023I returned the chair and paid well over $1000 in restocking fees before purchasing a different chair (from a different manufacturer) that is much better designed.If the representatives from Kahuna in California would’ve been kind and understanding, I would’ve never felt the need to leave a review.There is no way I would’ve paid a restocking fee like this if I was even remotely satisfied with the product, that should speak volumes.I purchased a chair and it was delivered this week. Everything works well except for the foot ankle calf massage section. Even at the lowest setting it squeezes so hard that it feels like it may cause serious injury so we have to hang our feet outside of the machine to get a back massage. When asking for service the manufactures rep was rude and said he was not gonna service the unit and then I probably purchase the wrong chair that will not fit my needs.I have a five year warranty, but it seems worthless since they will not take care of this problemI Unzipped the foot portion. It looks like there's some pieces that are loose, but he said that it is normal.They refused to come out and check in person.I feel completely taken advantage of after spending close to $10,000 for this poorly designed chair.

I run a fairly stressful business so I needed something to relieve my stress on a daily basis at the end of my day. I bought this chair based on how many people said it was "to intense". That's exactly what I was looking for. I'm a bigger guy so I love having my knots dug into extremely hard. But, let me tell you, it can really squeeze and dig into all the right areas if you want it to. It has intensity levels you can adjust. I love it full INTENSITY! It takes some practice with the remote to find the settings you enjoy the most. Like I said I use this EVERYDAY. The chair is quality and works well. I have fallen asleep multiple times while this thing is working me over. It's been a great investment into my health and well being.

As noted by the other complaint, ****** doesn't honor the warranty. My wife and I spent hours trying to reattach the foot attachment, which needs cleaning often, only for the zipper on the foot attachment and leg attachment cover to break. It was defective and poorly designed and not designed for removal. This should be covered under their 2 year parts warranty since I have had it less than 2 years, but they wouldn't honor the warranty.Then they charge $25 for one foot cover and $75 for the leg attachment cover. They provided a 25% discount like they were doing us a favor after not honoring their warranty. The foot cover they sent was damaged and used, and was clearly taken from a used product. I sent pictures and they at first only offered a 10% discount in the future. Then they offered to send a label to send it back before they would send a replacement, so they want me to spend my time sending back an unusable piece of fabric and wait for a replacement. No thanks, I have spent more than enough time that that is not a feasible solution.This company is a joke and I would recommend staying away or just assuming you bought a cheap throw away massage chair. They charge a 30% fee on Amazon to return a product, plus I think an additional 10% fee. Additonally, the leg massager is spring loaded so you can't relax your legs. I was told that would go away over time, but it doesn't.

We ordered a chair with this company and were looking forward to our purchase. I am very disappointed in the customer service and delivery process. We had the delivery company cancel and no show at our delivery appointments. I contacted the business and they apologized saying they contacted the delivery company and I was "mistaken" on the delivery day, but it was scheduled to deliver by the end of that day. I informed the business that I had a voicemail indicating the delivery date, but ok I would await the delivery that day. I was assured if the delivery did not arrive that day, to call the phone number provided and I would receive a full refund. I did not receive my delivery and called the phone number with extension as directed. After two phone calls and no response from the business since my original call requesting my refund, I arrived home to the chair left in my driveway, with no notification of delivery or signature approving the delivery. The chair was left in the summer heat for several hours since we were not home to receive the unannounced delivery. When contacting the company to express our frustration, I received an email response stating I gave the delivery company permission for the chair to be left in our driveway. This is completely untrue otherwise why would I have called to complain about the delivery process?! I am appalled at the lack of customer service this company provides and would encourage you to make your purchase elsewhere. It is not worth the headache for such a large purchase especially since no one will answer your call or call you back once problems arise!

AJX is deceptive in their return policy. We purchased a chair through Walmart.com, and because the chair was very uncomfortable and not at all like advertised (does not fit a taller person (6'2"), does not fit a wider person (260 lbs), which both were within the specs given on the chair. The return, according to the return receipt we received when clicking on the return link on the order, stated to return the item in shippable condition within 30 days to the store. We did our part. The store wouldn't accept it. We had to call to get the item shipped, then the company decided to add 15% restocking fee. The actual amount we were not refunded was 25%. I love this amazing chair. I've had it for about a year now and use it at least 4-5 times a week and sometimes multiple times a day... I had a gathering last summer and 90 % of our guests would disappear- only to be found in zero gravity. Also the "white glove" addition is so worth it. I've had my chair moved twice by the Kahuna staff(who are so awesome and careful). Do yourself a favor and drop by their showroom. You can thank me later

If you're looking for a full massage chair, this is the company to go with. I bought a chair 2 years ago and I totally love it. I've also recommended several of my friends their products as well. Upon the recommendation of 2 of my friends, I decided to buy an LM6800 chair. They both loved their chairs and swore by them so I took their word for it and gave it a try. I did have an issue with the back rollers within the first 6 months and after speaking with the support person, they had someone come up from LA to Sacramento by the weekend to fix it at no cost! Such great customer service! You can confidently buy their products and not worry about them not giving you any after service! Look for Jeff and he will take care of you!

Had the best chair message today it was so relaxing and stress relieving. This chair messages your feet, arms and legs. It's really a full body message.
