Always a welcoming place. There is only a handful of quality massage therapists that have great techniques, other therapists, from what I gathered are hired directly out of school so they don't have as much experience especially when it comes to massage techniques to help alleviate pain through pressure points and stretching. If you decide to avail of their membership, try and look for a good therapist first before committing to their monthly fees because it's hard to cancel. Lately, a call center outside of the U.S. was hired to do appointments and because they're not in the location of where you're calling at, the schedule sometimes gets mixed up and the operators are hard to understanding when I book for a massage...thats if there is an available slot which means that you'd have to call weeks in advance to avail of the date, time and therapist that you'd like. Very inconvenient to say the least.

Been coming to Cypress Massage Envy for years. And without notice, and AFTER my service, they tell me I have to pay a mandatory market fee of $20 on top of using a banked service because I signed up at the Huntington Beach store, meaning I'm out of the area. They say this is outlined in my contract which I signed up like 12 years ago and this is the first time EVER this has been brought up. If in fact it is in my contract from 12 years ago, they have set a precedent, by not up charging me. Utterly ridiculous and extremely poor customer service. Who does that, changes the price AFTER service has been provided. The gal tells me they don't tell us when we book our appointment and it's mandatory and I HAVE to pay. I told her if she charges my card I will dispute it with the credit card company. What a bunch of knuckleheads. And too bad for the therapists. I will never return to Massage Envy Cypress again.

I just had my 4th session at Massage Envy Cypress and I love this place. I decided after my first vivit to join as a member and I'm glad I did. My first massage was with Jolana and it was amazing. I felt 10 years younger. I decided to add a thirty minute stretch session before my massages so I switched to Francisco as he could do both stretch and massage services. The stretches are great and really relax me even before the massage starts. My massage today was super relaxing. I feel great! The service here is very friendly and all the spaces are clean and well maintained. I highly recommend!

The place is very clean and the customer service is very friendly. I really enjoy Kasey as an esthetician. She takes really good care of my skin and isn't pushy on selling the ME face products. She's super respectful and I'll continue to use her services. The only issue is the App. I wish i can cancel the appointments, not only book them.

They got me for a membership. I did sign up but tried to get out once I had a massage that they took the money out of my bank for , the so called membership that includes a cheaper massage normally $125 but $75 with this d*** membership. So time for my massage I was all ready to Go and they wanted to charge me for the massage again I said no I thought it goes with the Membership package they told me I couldn't receive my service unless I paid for the massage ( well let's put it this way I didn't go for my massage and tried to cancel the membership ) Well they won't let me do that because it's a 12 month contract but they recommended waiting 3 months to see how you like it (ok well maybe not recommending it's actually a contract for 3 months and the front desk doesn't know what is going on because i spoke to manager Adriana who was super rude by the way so I wasn't very nice and she was the one who told me it's not a recommendation it's in the contract you signed ok well if so train your staff in the front better because they started all my cancellations and paperwork before the 3 months no problem . Sending me my paperwork which shouldn't have been done then , if it's a contract but Desiree and Kat told me recommended. Now I sent all my paperwork in Adriana emails me to tell me I cannot cancel before the 3 months is up then why did the front send me my paperwork !!! They are just going to keep taking my money until I am through the 3 months just know what you are getting yourself into !! I wouldn't be so mad if they had there stuff together and they weren't so rude !!!

I had an appointment and when I walked in I realized I had forgotten my gift card at home. Yolanda willingly took her lunch early to allow me to go home and come back for massage. She was completely booked so it was the only way I would get a massage with her since my only other choice was to get a massage by a male which I choose not to. I'm grateful that she was willing to rearrange her lunch time to accommodate me. She was also very sweet and good at massaging.

I booked an appointment a month ago for me and my husband at Massage Envy in Cypress to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. When we showed up they told us they only had an appointment for me. I am so disappointed in Massage Envy for not giving me a call regarding my appointment. We were expecting to celebrate our anniversary with a couples massage. I will be canceling my membership as soon as possible and once I cancel I will not be returning to this location.

My daughter had a back facial with Kasey and she really enjoyed it. It was her first facial/massage and to my surprise she liked it and would do it again. The service was wonderful, facility was clean, tranquil & relaxing. The staff courteous, professional & understanding.

After reading some of the negative reviews here, I had a bit of reservation before coming in for my facial appointment. I was pleasantly surprised with my esthetician Mallory. She was very attentive and detailed-oriented. Before the session, she asked me a lot of questions about my skin care routine & gave me great recommendations for my treatment plan. During the facial, she explained what she was going to do before each step, including giving me all the ingredients in the products that she was using. She even asked me if I want my ear covered or outside of my head band. I don't think other estheticians had asked me that question before. Overall she kept a very cheerful but professional attitude. The facial itself was wonderful. My skin felt flawless and smooth afterwards. I would give a five star for her great service!

Annoyed that I had to pay out of pocket after I was told they accepted "Spa Finder" gift cards when I called to book the appointment. I specifically mentioned the gift cards two times.And the massage wasn't a full body massage. I asked that that one specific area get extra attention but I didn't get 75% of a full body massage and it wasn't a full hour. It lasted about 40 minutes, I checked the start and end times.

Update: They do open the door early, so I was able to relax in the quiet/relax room for 5 min. ================ I'm a bit confused with their scheduling. Might be my fault that I never know their opening hour is 10 AM, so I booked a 10 am massage service. But isn't it better to have the schedule starts at 10:15 am instead? By the time I checked in, it would pass 10 am already. As a customer, I'm losing the value for the service I paid for... And I'm definitely not relaxed before my massage since I have to rush in, check in, and get myself ready for a 60 min massage I booked (which isn't 60 minutes at all)... Just a reminder for those who want to book future appointments with this location.

I had an appointment for an hour massage this afternoon. After driving 12 miles to the location from my home, in rainy weather, the therapist, Michael was a no show. The manager informed me that Michael was unavailable. People have things that happen in life such as illness or personal issues that arise, but it would have been nice if I had been either called or texted as is the case when I am reminded of the health protocols when entering. Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism as well as consideration. Maybe a free enhancement should have been offered, or a date for rebooking suggested. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP As stated by others, this location is a JOKE. I moved and so I stopped paying and the stole all the massages I had paid for from me. Sure, short term gain, they took a couple hundred dollars from me without providing any service. Long term massage envy will never receive business from me again.

I have a membership here and have had about 6 massages so far. Alex & Michael are both really good. They work on my target areas and I leave feeling significant pain relief. I deducted a star because I was given a gift certificate by my daughter for my birthday. I went in and used my gift for a massage with Isaiah in between the monthly ones my membership allows. It wasn't a massage by any stretch of the imagination. Literally he just ran his hands up and down my back for most of the hour with an excessive amount of oil. He also excused himself for about 5 minutes part way through which was just weird. It was truly a bad experience and I left extremely disappointed that my $100 birthday certificate was basically wasted. If you go here, try Alex or Michael, but I wouldn't recommend Isaiah.
