Sadly their price was almost double of another shop for the same services. (3900 vs 2038)The customer service was great and had no problem with communication but overall the price took us elsewhere

I think very highly of this shop and its owner Todd. I brought my daughter's car in to have brakes inspected as she was going to drive to Texas from California. We were told previously by the dealer that both fronts and tear pads had to be replaced. Todd took the time to show my 25 year old daughter how pads are examined, tools used to do that with, and Todd reassured her that she can safely make the long drive without concern. He did it all at no charge. Honest shops and honest like Todd are hard to come by. Thank you so much Todd.

I wish there were more than 5 stars available so that I could give them out. If you're looking for a car service with absolute trust, this is the right place. During my oil change, it was found that my brake line was leaking. I had to go to the service center for warranty coverage, and the service center recommended changing brake fluid, which would cost more than $200. Todd checked my brake fluid and even the moisture level with no extra charges and confirmed there was no need to change. I believe 'trust' is the most important thing when choosing a car service center since it is not unusual that some places are recommending things that are not actually necessary. I am so glad that I have the place that I can go without any worries!

Todd is super honest. Took my car here for 100k service and was told that my brakes needed replacements. He was not pushy about it nor recommended more service than needed. I would come back again if my car ever runs into any issues. The qualities of the parts they use here are also better than the shop I usually go to. It's hard to find a good mechanic shop that's honest and give fair prices. Highly recommend it for your car needs.

Todd was very thorough in answering our questions. It did take three attempts to get all of the service related paperwork. This was partly because of their new system. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and would consider returning in the future.

The sign said Trust the Midas touch. I had my 4 brake pad ŕeplace and rotor replace. I was disappointed I had to come back again. My pedal was low and squeak as you step on the brake. They said they have to replace with a different brake pad. I also had my front Strut replace, that I was happy with the replacement. The front desk ŵas excellent customer service. It would have been a 5 star if they don't my brake right the first time.
