“I honestly don’t know where to start with this review other than how happy I was with the overall experience.
My home buying journey started sometime around June and I had no idea what I was doing or who to talk to. As far as lenders go, I went through at least 4 or 5 before I came across Phoebe and her team. Not only did Phoebe take the time to break everything down for me and thoroughly explain things, she also made sure I was taken care and her and her team treated me more as family than a customer.
She worked diligently with me and showed nothing but patience. If I didn’t understand something or wanted to notify my family before making a decision, she explained things and allowed me to have that time to discuss. Again it was something I didn’t get from anyone else but her and her team. I was never rushed into making a decision and I was never forced to make a decision I was unclear on. She got me the best rate on my first home in today’s market, something I didn’t know was possible.
Although I am super grateful for Phoebe and her team, the only thing I regret is not finding them sooner. Would’ve saved me the time but all in all I’m glad I was able to be taken under the wing of her family at work and be treated with such compassion and care.
