I’ve been coming here for years and yesterday was my last time I’am going now due to ANNA I was getting a fill and pedicure and ANNA proceeded to tell me with a attitude that I had gel on my toes I NEVER GET GEL ON MY TOES I kept telling her I do not get gel on my toes. She pretty much was calling me a liar, throwing her hands down in a fit. with an ugly look on her face she kept telling me I have gel I had to keep telling her I do not have gel she was getting very argumentative and I ended up having to tell her to stop that. I do not want my toes done now. I have never been so disrespected in your place of business that worker ANNA is going to kill a lot of business for you guys. Especially with the attitude she displayed.

Today I had a gel manicure and I am just shocked. I went un with 1" long nails. I stated no cut down and she continued to cut one. I again. Said please don't cut. She continued to cut and file and then said I must cut this one. I left with ugly short nails and they are so sore from being cut so short. They are my own nails not tips or acrylics.
I am just devastated and disappointed.
Requested style: Just a reshape after the gel manicure. Not a complete cutoff.

Very rude, I can’t remember the ladies names specifically but the ladies here are very rude. They never say “you’re welcome back” hardly ever say “thank you back”. I got a pedicure and manicure there today and when I was going to pay the lady at the register, I handed her my card and she snatched it from my hand. I had a previous incident where my mom and I went to get a manicure and the lady doing my moms manicure laughed at her because her English was slightly choppy. Overall they are very rude, and I do not recommend going here.

Everyone at this nail salon is very welcoming. The place is clean. Everyone does amazing nails from what I’ve seen! I absolutely LOVE the way Mia does my nails. She’s very sweet. There’s never been a time I’ve went home disappointed with my nails.

Located by the dollar tree and Starbucks shopping plaza - open parking pretty accessible Appointment or walk in both accepted but does get pretty days especially on weekend celebration holidays and etc but they appear to do their best in accommodating all It appears there was a remodel completed all new paint decor chairs set up - bright light and gray! Always clean and organized the salon appears to be WiFi manicure pedicure gel spa like resources Always requested Tammy - she is simply amazing, patient, friendly, approachable, and consistently does a wonderful job regardless how busy it gets! Did the number with 2 with callous removal $32 and 2 colors alternating Very pleased with the result cute and whimsical Glad to treat oneself to Tammy's greatness!

I came here for the first time because my usual place was closed. I asked for a French dip manicure. At my other place the white tip is dipped with white powder but here they just painted it on after probably 5 layers of some dip base? So now my nails are thicker than a quarter and the white is already chipping off. They added tips as well and on some nails it is already lifting and chipped in the corners. Also for the pedicure it was a really nice job but I never asked for gel polish. So it was an up charge I neither asked for or approved. I would go in and ask for it to be redone but I don't have time to do so. Will be shocked if they even last a full week. Didn't have an issue with customer service and place looked very clean. Just not up to my standard and will go back to my usual place next time since they charge the same and do a flawless job.

I gave this place another shot for convenience, my mistake hard time communicating with the worker and going back and forth for a refund after they had to do my nails twice after fixing and re doing certain nails because they're application was incorrect and sloppy the nail polish didn't want to stick to the acrylic. I wanted them to remove the nails only to find out they were okay sending me on my way with half assed and aggressively cut nails. They don't value you unless you give them money. I did approach them with concern and respectfulness but they responded with taunting and disrespectfulness. The left over acrylic that's still on the nails he said "maybe you're other nail tech can remove it for you" as a business maybe set a nice example for others that are listening into that conversation it paints a bad image. And for licensing I'm sure state board will love to take a visit.

UPDATE: HOLLY THE OWNER HAS BEEN CALLING YELP TO REMOVE MY REVIEW! Any future girls please be aware! Here it is again FYI: I have been coming here on and off only because of a sweet gal that works here and takes care of my ingrown nails. She never has a problem helping me out, but the OWNERS or the ones managing this salon, are EXTREMELY RUDE! Both on the phone and in person!! You may ask, "well why do you come here?" I come here because one of the girls here knows how to take my painful ingrown nails out. When I try to book an appointment, the guy on the phone is rude and it is not in his interest to help me. His wife who is also very rude, cocky and arrogant said to me " oh so you come back! You only come back because you know this is the best salon with the best employees and products!! " a customer then yelled out saying " how rude is she, there service is not that great and not coming here again " Owner laughed and said "everybody always come back!" There demeanor and gross attitude has finally lead me to give them my honest review. VERY VERY poor customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Save save save your money, the prices have gone up so much here too!! Why am I paying $150 for a fill and a gel pedicure?? I literally paid $80 for the same this a few months ago at this same place!! There good at only taking advantage of there customers while still judging you and more then likely talking bad in there language....smh Ladies look else where! There are so many nail salons with magnificent customer service that will do anything to make you feel AMAZING! Save your money and don't come here. & if you do you'll know what I mean in no time. This one by far has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Iv ever been to in my life! 0 stars if I could!!

Five star for nail tech Amy!!! My very first time here was upset for other place service but finally got it here for nice design. Will definitely come back. Only 4 stars for the cost..not too expensive but 20 more compared to other place I usually go to.

This has been my go to place for past year and no matter who I get here, they do a great job! I alternate between manicure only and mani/pedi. I just get basic trim with buff for fingernails. It's a nice treat and I can never do as good a job on cuticles as they do here so that's why I pay. Newer massage chairs and pleasant environment. Cassidy was great on my latest visit!

I have been coming to Nails galore for 10 years now. I currently get my manicures done by Chloe and pedicures done by Helen, however you can't go wrong with any of the technicians. They're all so sweet and professional. The owners Holly and her Husband Brian always make a point to get to know their customers and follow up with them to see how they're doing each visit. It's such a welcoming atmosphere and the quality in my opinion is unmatched, that I've commuted to this Nail Salon while living in Newport Beach and Redondo Beach.

We had a big group go in and made appointments way in advance. They were busy when we got there and felt rushed because of how busy it was. We asked for two kid manicure and pedicure and all the did was paint there nails. They didn't do the whole experience which I was very disappointed in. First and last time I go.
