“Today was my first time visiting the nursery. I love this place! The staff are kind and knowledgeable. I bought multiple succulents, some regular beautiful plants and a few of their cement and clay pots. The prices are also unbeatable!!! There was plenty of parking and space to walk around with one of their carts. The portable bathrooms were also clean. Can’t wait to come back and thank you for making my time at the nursery peaceful.”

That level of customer service & satisfaction is amazing, & rare - I was so very impressed from the very beginning. “Javier in the rental dept. was extremely helpful. Our pool filter had the main nut sheared almost into the plastic and we were unable to remove it after much time and several attempts. We decided to take the filter to Home Depot and get the correct tool to remove it properly.
Javier checked it out and came out with a tool that fit perfectly and removed it within minutes. He did it all with a great attitude, and supreme customer service. Thank you Javier, thanks Home Depot for choosing such great employees!”

“All around a great store, I recommend it to anyone. Looking for a depot around the area. There's always a few of that stand out, got Jamie at the pro desk. And I'm gonna feel bad for not remembering this study's name with the lady that's always in checkstand 2. Amazing They're all amazing. But, you know, you have this ones that stand out later's head and um, yeah, militating garden is pretty amazing as well.

“Flex tube for water fountains and above ground pools is on the second shelf need a latter to access it... always find myself driving a bit farther to lowes even though I always go to home detpo first cause it's closer. Lowes had it accessible even with cutters on the shelf so you didn't have to ask for help..”

“This review is for the young man who wears a cap and recently transferred to this location... I sincerely apologize but I cannot recall if his name... possibly Travis or James. I've only seen him in the customer service department. But anyways, I've been to this location twice recently and he is the only one who left a lasting impression/made me compelled enough to write this review (besides this other woman who assisted me during one of the kids workshop days). He has always provided excellent customer care in every way from his level of politeness, attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond in all that he does. This man definitely shows he loves his job and really cares about customer satisfaction. I honestly think this store would do so much better if he was slated to become a manager someday. Everyone else seems to keep to themselves or just stand there. He's the only one who acknowledges those who enter the store, says hi to people, and ask if they need any help no matter what time of day he is working. “The first place we visit in Seal Beach is this gorgeous and invigorating and relaxing gardens. Words can’t describe how welcoming the gardens are ..Today I met a woman who had visited seal beach for the first time and was walking through the gardens saying this was her “happy place”. (So sweet)The general store that’s part of the gardens has a great selection of items. Definitely go tour it and support this local treasure.”
