storage was broken into. 2 mnth there rent was raised $20 more and nobody is there and they think staying open until 10pm is good. Give me a break. still open late nobody is ever there have talked on the phone to a couple of people who said they would check into it but still no progress. poor business.

I unexpectedly needed a storage unit and began by searching online for self-storage promotions. I browsed through numerous listings in my area. Initially, I skipped over this place because I thought the price was too good to be true for what I needed. However, after comparing it with other listings that had significantly higher rates, I decided to take another look at this facility.
To my surprise, the price listed here was exactly what the other places offered but at a much lower cost. Although I felt a bit nervous, I went ahead and made a reservation and signed the lease online. When I arrived the next morning, I was really pleased with the facility. It was clean, and the staff greeted me outside when I arrived. They provided me with my gate code, showed me where to park, pointed out the location of the elevator, and walked with me to my storage unit.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would rate it 5 out of 5.

Do not move your stuff here. My storage unit has been broken into twice and management does not do anything. Plus the staff is unfriendly and rude. I do NOT recommend this place.

Betty was very courteous & super nice in helping us with our storage unit . Everything went very smoothly , according to plans . & you need a milion like Betty , to make your business grow efficiently as she is a very meticulous person , & pay attention to details . Although she's a very soft spoken person , her whole maneurism was very polite , & sweet . Always sooo willing to help @ all cost .

Stored at many places before and the reason I came here for a tour was because it’s hidden. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable about storage in general. Thank you for the tour and I will be renting soon!

I have been broken into TWICE in less than one year. They do not have good security here. I will have to move since my unit is constantly getting broken into.

Terrible customer service and you will get your belongings stolen!! I pay $225 for a storage unit here and it's the second time it's been broken into the first time I didn't get anything resolved the insurance wants proof of receipts of all the things that were stolen and pictures from online to reference the items, this second time they broke in they at least waived the $200 but still expect me to pay the $25 to the insurance which didn't help me the first time so I definitely won't be paying that! on top of that I reached out to the site manager and the conversation was unprofessional he was yelling at me and angry when I'm the one that got her stuff stolen TWICE! Will definitely be closing my storage unit with them at this point im just paying to get my stuff stolen! the first time they cut the lock this time they were able to pick at it with a tool conveniently at the same door that got broken into the first time (I have a two door storage) and the lock that was on it was provided from the front office after the first break in definitely suspicious just like that truck that was there today all day when I went to check on my things since they're clearly not doing they're job there and they close at 7 the truck was still there but parked outside the gate on the street and I saw a lady run back into the storage gate after hours when they're supposedly not supposed to be anyone in there so I went to report it on the ring camera they have in front of the office and again a rude person telling me if I'm really that worried to call the police which I did! don't waste your time or money with these people it's not worth the time stress or loss of items that are valuable! on top of everything no one is ever in the office when it's supposed to be open they can't even show up to work they are definitely do not care.

Wrongfully inputted my U-Haul return so I got charged $40 day late return, had to call U-Haul to fix the issue where they immediately saw it was inputted incorrectly.
