Terrible experience!! There were bugs all over the floor the bed had hair all over it & stains it was very very disgusting!! Im very disappointed im trying to reach out to staff and its been impossible

I secured a good price in advance for a room at this hotel and arrived tired around 7pm early January. The woman at the front desk told me she did not have a reservation for me and said it didn't matter that I had a printed receipt showing it because nothing was in her system. She asked me to call the booking website, which I did from the hotel's unheated bare-bones lobby while charging my dead phone on an outlet there. The booking website DID have the reservation. At that time, the manager/owner appeared and advised that he, himself, had cancelled the reservation some time back because he would not rent the room for the budget price I had booked. He said the hotel website should have notified me of his cancellation. He offered to charge me the much higher full price for the room or else I had to leave. The booking website agent was told and phoned him to advise he was in violation of their contract but, afterwards, he still refused to honor the price. The booking website kindly made an alternate hotel arrangement for me at Studio 6 nearby, at the lower price, and communicated it to the owner. Only then did he offer me a room at the booked rate but, after a late-night two-hour ordeal, my wife and I chose to move on. I try to be understanding of folks but can't find a justification for treating a customer this way...especially when the hotel parking lot appeared largely empty at 9pm. And, by the owner's admission, I was not the first customer whose booked budget price he had not honored. This was several months ago...but we have not forgotten.

The gentleman that checks you in is a great guy , just remember he deals with a lot of jerks that come in so just realize that he is trying to keep the place for people that don't want to be hasled by those kind of people.

Great experiance with the management and team. There is great deals on weekends and also they are providing good breakfast as well. Rooms anre very clean. I loved the place and rooms.

2nd time staying here..was staying at Road way inn Bellflower. Which is to far from work and wanted to check this place out ...I loved the walk in shower when I was here last week ..thought I would get the room again .But didn't .I like the rooms so far there spacious ,Clean the staff seem nice so far . I'll be staying here periodically to be close to work ...They have continental breakfast which I haven't checked out yet but will while I'm here ..and also coke machine and snack machine .which is super convenient...

I'm in town working and started at another hotel before moving here. It's a little farther drive for me, but it's definitely worth it. Quiet hotel, clean rooms, good price.

Booked a room at a great deal months ahead of time. Kept getting harassing calls saying that they could not honor the price and I needed to cancel or agree to the new price. I asked them to honor the original booking price and they refused. So I cancelled on my own time.

This was a great place to stay. Good prices. Updated, clean, and quiet all night. Would really recommend this place for a weekend stay.

Stayed 7 days frig in room was broken leaked sheets were never changed nor did I get new bathtowels sheets should be changed every 3 days bath towels every 3 days

The absolute filthiest and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Your room will constantly smell like weed and all sorts of shady people will hang out in front of your room smoking weed. The hotel room is dirty and furniture are scratched and damaged. Look at the pictures I took when I was staying there. I could not wait to get out of there. None of the appliances work. Do yourself a favor and skip this drug hangout.

Horrible do not stay. Owner or front desk clerk very rude from the get go. Owner also failed to help us after we had a reservation booked 2 days prior, wouldn't even answer a simple question or even tried to be helpful. Seems to be in a very shady part of town, doesn't seem like the best area for an easy stay. For the money you spent I guess the lovey bug bites linger on and you get what you paid for:)
