I already deal with my service working when it feels like it… now an hour+ wait when I got here at 10 am when they opened just to return equipment. RIDICULOUS!!

Despite tending to many customers, Omar offered great customer service. Informing us of the process it takes to activate our router and providing information necessary to avoid hiccups. His calm and professional demeanor was a welcoming touch of excellent customer service.
