I hope this review gets back to Jazmine D. I went in w my two elderly parents and our new born son... I had lots of questions and needed help w a list of things. He was so attentive and patient. I appreciate his customer service and his bright personality. He took the time to answer ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. This was my first time at this location and hope to receive the same personable kind service again. Thank you to Jazmine D for making one thing in my day so much easier while I had my hands full!

Employees very helpful and nice every time I go there.
J. Garcia was the one who helped me this time and he was so nice, helpful, advised me the better plans and he did the service so fast .

Went in yesterday at 6:45pm! Store closes at 8pm! Reason I went in was to get an upgrade on my oldest phone. Oldest had kept their end of the deal by getting straight A’s and 4.0 GPA’s all year, if they did that, then dad and I would upgrade their phone before the new school year. And so we went.
As I was talking to the Spectrum rep named Témo, my kids were looks at iPhones and Apple Watches. I tell Tèmo I’m here to upgrade the phone give him the needed info and my ID as requested. I can hear my kids talking and laughing excitedly about the new devices. Youngest was getting their Apple Watch from the Apple Store the next day. Anywho, by this time it’s been 10 mins, he’s struggling to locate my account, finally does then ask what phone were we thinking of getting. I told him I’m not sure oldest is still looking.
He then tells me well “whatever phone it is I won’t be able to do the transfer of data because it’s too late.” I look down and see it’s only 6:55pm he follows with “I’ll have to ship you the phone and you would need to do the transfer yourself and then mail back the old phone.”
I stop him and say “how! If last time I was here doing the same thing, I came in at 7pm and I was able to have another rep take care of if with no problem and I have more things stored then my 13yr old has on their phone! And it’s a smaller storage capacity going into a BIGGER one.” He looked at me and said “it’s our policy to not start any new phone transfer when we’re about to close”.
Again I look down and see it’s only 6:57pm now! I let him know this is ridiculous. If he didn’t want to help us out and do the sale, he could have just said that then to waste my time. I asked for my ID back and took the phone and grabbed my kids.
So I’m walking out with a disappointed straight A student all because Tèmo decided to implement a policy that didn’t even sound legit. I love spectrum and the services we have, but I don’t love the reps at this particular store.

Way to long to wait to pay my bill. Half the employees are doing something other than helping the next customer

Was grandfathered on Time Warner. Received pressure to chage bill over to Spectrum. Wanted to lower my bill. I pay $200+. Advised them I want a plan like my neighbor..$159.
After much confusion, as usual, my first bill was $159. But my next bill was back up to nearly my original amount! Spectrum is all smoke and mirrors on their packages and "descriptions and wording" on their bill. They can move money amounts anywhere to make it look like you are getting a deal..but add it in elsewhere. Be careful.
I'm looking at other companies.

I stopped by this Spectrum store with my cousin to pick up her modem for her new place. We got parking right in the front of the store and when we walked inside, they were not busy at all. A worker was able to help us right away and give her the modem. The store is very nice inside and spacious. The customer service we received was amazing and we didn't have a bad experience.

This place takes forever. Only 4 employees working and texting on the job. Currently there are 25 people waiting.

Even though I went in to cancel our service, we were helped immediately going into the store and had no issues in the process. I did read on the other posts about long wait lines or difficulties getting help but this wasn't my experience. Overall it was quick and easy.

Long wait and the people who work there aren't as helpful as I would think a company, that, seriously overcharges, for the service that they provide should have as representatives, The discount price should be the price for all and shouldn't triple in price after a short initial length of time. The price should be $49.99 for everyone, if you want fiber or a top-tier speed connection, then, make the price reasonable.

The sense of urgency in this store is nonexistent. The staff see that it’s a lot of people waiting and they take their sweet time. One worker has been with the same customer for about an hour. Every time I come in here it’s like this. Hire more people and teach your workers better customer service spectrum.4/30/2024Okay, went back into spectrum today, customer service was horrible again. Me and another lady asked the guy in the front for help and he answered “what’s up”. He acted as if he wanted no parts of that job. After he helped the other lady he was starting to walk away and I said “excuse me”, if looks could kill I would have been dead on the spot. I will no longer be using this location.

This company is the worst. When you call to cancel service they try to make people angry so they will hang up. Be strong, they are brutal. The people who work in the store are kind, just a warning.

Flawed check in system. Received a text saying to return to the store because I was up soon. Wasn’t seen for 40 minutes. I understand appointments have priority but this is ridiculous. Would give them five stars if I was into wasting my time.
