Hands down THE WORST service I've ever received at any printing service. We had come into this location right when they opened and wanted to get some papers laminated. The girl said that they were busy (there was literally nobody in there lol) and she hadn't turned on the laminator yet (totally fine, I get it they had just opened, it can take a while to heat up). She told us to come back in about an hour. we had a couple errands to run prior to going to work so this was no problem. We ran our errands and came back about 3.5 hours later and talked to the same girl. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and that nobody dropped off papers. We politely reminded her what the papers look like / what they said. She said that she remembered us from the morning time asked why we came back so soon. She rolled her eyes and claimed she told us to come back at 5pm. This was so not the case. Since I needed these laminated for work, I would have told them to forget it if it was going to take 8.5 hours to laminate 5-10 pieces of paper. I asked her why she told us one hour if they weren't going to be done until 5pm (I also asked why it would take until 5 PM when there was literally nobody else there.) every single person that had walked up while we were waiting in attempt to get a service done, both of the girls behind the counter said " we don't do that here" or " you have to use self printing." They hadn't assisted anyone aside from Amazon returns. She said there was no way that they could have it done before 5 PM. I asked for my papers back and I ended up taking them to fedex a few miles down the road and they completed my project in about 6 minutes. Lesson learned.

This was my first visit to this specific staples. It was huge, clean, and well stocked despite it being beginning of the school year. Plenty of sale items for school. My favorite part of my visit was the customer service I received from Alexis. She was so patient and extremely helpful when she had a line of people. She went above and beyond to help me get all of the discounts I could get. Customer service like that is so hard to come by these days. Will come back to this location just for that service!! Thank you again Alexis!

It's Staples period. I just go here to get documents printed. I have a staples express card and add money to print. I like this better instead of using my debit and being charged $5 to make sure I have funds to pay and then it refunded and replaced with actual total cost for print. I'd rather just use this card. Anyways, staff is ok nothing to rave about it's a staples lol. K bye!

Came to the print center today around 4:50pm and was instantly "greeted" by the rudest employee. There was no one in line but he acted like I was inconveniencing him while he sat behind one of the computers. He said to "give him a minute" and I continued to wait with no one else around. Finally he asked what I wanted without getting up. I told him I had a file I wanted to print, 2 per sheet. He then asked "on paper?" as if this was the oddest request he's ever gotten working in the print center. He again said to give him a minute. So I continued to wait.Finally he walks up to the counter, throws a card down, and says to email the file. No problem, I send it over. Meanwhile I watch him have another rude interaction with a customer while I wait. Once he finally wraps up, he gets my email code and starts working on my order. He doesn't show me a test print, he just prints the entire order and then hands me the most absurd looking invites. He printed them to literally be approx. 2 inches by 1 inch. And acted like they looked perfectly fine! Am I sending invites to elves?? After a lot of back and forth I end up paying double what I should have because he can't figure out how to print 2 per sheet and I have to have them printed 1 per sheet instead. During this whole interaction he is letting out sighs as if every customer is annoying him and he's openly complaining to another employee. Next time I'll head over to Office Depot.

Larry was a big help today! Staples was promoting their Staples brand of file boxes at 10/$23.99. A fair deal compared to other brands, however they were out! I think I ran into this same issue the last time I was at Staples. We asked Larry to check if they had back stock. Nothing. Larry surprised us by offering any other brand for the same special price. That's great customer service! Thank you Larry!

When I have excellent customer service. I must acknowledge it I know it's not easy dealing with the public so when I encounter someone with incredible customer service, it cannot be passed up without acknowledgment . I purchased business cards online. Once the cards were printed they did not look anything like I thought they would when I design them online I spoke with Sarah, which was extremely patient and kind. She helped me and I was so grateful, everyone that I encountered at that location was amazing and once I talk to the GM which I think his name is Larry, I hope I'm not mistaken. He was absolutely amazing. I work with a nonprofit called Wherewithal Development Foundation and we focus on housing the homeless, and he was an amazing help to me and our cause and I'm very grateful for the experience I had at Staples, not to mention I had an excellent greeter,if I'm not mistaken. Her name was Lida, but everyone I encountered was absolutely great two thumbs up up to Staples Cypress. I can truly say they made a stressful situation a breeze.

PRINTING HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. as many other reviews here state, the dude with the man bun in the printing department is HORRIBLE. him and the short girl were both being super passive aggressive to myself and all the other customers there, even though no one was being rude to them. i had ordered a banner and after waiting an hour in the store for it to print, it came out on the wrong size paper. the guy said the bigger paper was all they had and the cutter is too small to trim it so there was essentially nothing they could do. not a huge deal, i wish someone could've told me that an hour ago so i didn't waste my time, but whatever.but when i started asking questions to try and understand what happened, dude went ballistic. he had no patience and was EXTREMELY rude and hostile. he raised his voice at me and caused a scene threatening to cancel my order because i'm "badgering his associates" ??? when literally all i did was ask a couple questions trying to understand why my order was messed up and what to do from here. i even said multiple times, "i'm not trying to be difficult i'm just trying to understand what happened..." etc. then the short girl tried to blame it on me saying it printed that way because i placed my order wrong and she would show me the ticket to prove it. but when she did, my ticket had the correct dimensions on it. so at least get your facts straight if you're gonna yell at customers... bottom line is don't work in customer service if you're gonna take everything personally and be a d*ck to everyone you interact with for no reason. i work in retail myself and i have NEVER treated a customer the way i was treated tonight. i was polite to him and tried to be nothing but respectful and problem-solving and i was met with pure hostility and a disgusting attitude. i have awful social anxiety and cried my entire drive home. i cannot believe this guy is still allowed to work here, especially after seeing how many other people on here have had similar experiences. i hope someone in charge takes these reviews seriously and will take some action, because his behavior was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. shout out to the manager that i spoke to afterwards who apologized for him and said he'd write a report. young male, i think either african-american or mixed. only decent employee in the store tonight!

Homie in printing services was acting like my questions were life threatening. There's a lot to printing that the average person doesn't know about, so y'all should be prepared to answer questions. Customer service was lacking. I was asking pretty simple questions about quantity and card stock options, and this dude was acting so annoyed. If you don't want to answer questions and talk with people, don't work in customer service dude.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. It would be wise to hire an individual that would serve as a an appropriate example to the employees. It took me longer to print yesterday and he was giving off a disgusting attitude and told us we had less than ten minutes to leave. Our family owns multiple businesses this type of behavior/attitude is unacceptable. Speak politely with others and they will do the same to you
