That obese supervisor lady at the printing customer service desk was rude and not helpful....never going there again. The location in anaheim on harbor is SO MUCH BETTER.

Staples personnel give you great service, has reasonable prices, plus they recycle small electronics and batteries.

This is the worst store in America. They are clueless when it comes to printing. They are lazy and don't help customers. I would be ashamed to say I work there. There's 1 lady Sara that is professional and that's it!!!

Came here to return a piece of clothing bought from another shop -- Staples works with other retailers to provide return services.
Right when I walked into the store and started looking for the return area, a courteous employee greeted me and showed me the area. Then another courteous employee who was working at the area asked what I needed and called over a colleague to help because a line was beginning to form. The return process was smooth and simple, and the person at the counter was again courteous.
It's not that the service was mind-blowingly good, but I just really appreciated the kind, warm interactions with all employees at this location. Plus I received a 15% discount on items at Staples just for returning the item there! The store was clean and well-organized with lots of useful office items so I'll be back!

I visited this place to print documents using my USB drive. The machine wasn't working, and when I asked a staff member (who I believe might be the manager, but I'm not sure as I didn't see his name) for help, he was extremely rude. Fortunately, a kind and helpful girl stepped in and assisted me. While I appreciate her help, the rude behavior from the other employee was disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue.

Guy who works there name Vlad is very rude. Also, I called multiple times to inquire about printing a 3x4ft poster and they told me it would be ready earliest next day but when I got to the store Vlad told me to order my poster online. After telling Vlad to help me because I was already at the store they told me oh no that’s our biggest size and it has to be deliver so it is not going to be done until the end of month when I needed it in a week EVEN THOUGH I HAD CALLED AND ASKED EARLIER IF THEY CAN PRINT 3x4FT AND VERIFIED WHEN IT WILL BE READY. Y’all wasted my time!!!!!! Very annoying and unprofessional

Hello I was able to show up right before 9 PM on a Saturday. Keep my packages dropped off and shipped. And they printed out a receipt from you which is great. Because now I could show verification that my packages got shipped. Everyone was friendly a good location

Very poor customer service. I tried to print pictures from email. Set me upto a printer and left. Picture not printing, tried to get help, 20 mins later all she said was theres something wrong with your attachments. I was getting frustrated and decided to just get a refund for the failed prints. The guy that helped me was rude, when he found i wanted my $1.07 refunded. "So, you WANT YOUR ONE DOLLAR AND SEVEN CENTS REFUNDED???" And buddy, if youre seeing this, this in on pdf.

literally racist the worker was looking at me since we walked in. my daughter picked up some candy and she changed her mine and got chips but when he saw her he was constantly asking where the candy was and we couldn't pay till we found it.
