I can’t believe the experience I had at this location today. I went in to print a paper and most printers were being used. There was an old couple standing waiting to get some help to use one of the machines since they were paying with cash and not a card. When I tell y’all the guy that was working in this section looked like he was about to sucker punch someone in the face. His tone was aggressive and he had a face mask on and wore a beanie. His eyes were literally bulging out of his skull. I get that work can get busy and stressful but being rude with that nasty attitude is just BEYOND. The old couple were very flustered because the guy kept speaking in a very obviously annoyed and condescending tone. I wanted to stop and offer to help them use the machine but had to get back to work. I had to control myself from calling over a manager and causing a scene. CYPRESS STAPLES DO BETTER, get this guy OUT!!!

The staff guy that was work in morning shift @Staples "PRINTING" 12/30/23 in Cypress, Ca. location is very RUDE & Unprofessional. So I left to another location in Garden Grove, CA.Staples "PRINTING" where Richard & his partner helped me out. I give them 5 stars & they provided Excellent Customer Service. Thanks

You guys it felt like I was being punked. I couldn’t help but smile with amusement at the unprovoked rudeness from the dude in printing today. (Dec 17, 3pm) Where were the hidden cameras?? Man was making no effort to hide his complete and unadulterated distain for his job and every individual customer he interact with. I’m talking blatant eye rolls, drawn out sighs, and that particular deadpan passive aggressive tone of voice reserved only for those truly oppressed under the injustice of a soul-sucking corporate dementor. Is this a cry for help?? Please Cypress Staples manager, put this poor tortured soul out of his misery.I did the extra express option to have my prints ready a few hours ago, and none were ready. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to do the pick up. The first print was misaligned to the point of unusability, and my man still has not forgiven me for asking for a fixed print. It’s a heavy cross he bears.Anyway, I’m gonna go hang out at the DMV to lift my spirits a bit.

Hands down THE WORST service I've ever received at any printing service. We had come into this location right when they opened and wanted to get some papers laminated. The girl said that they were busy (there was literally nobody in there lol) and she hadn't turned on the laminator yet (totally fine, I get it they had just opened, it can take a while to heat up). She told us to come back in about an hour. we had a couple errands to run prior to going to work so this was no problem. We ran our errands and came back about 3.5 hours later and talked to the same girl. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about and that nobody dropped off papers. We politely reminded her what the papers look like / what they said. She said that she remembered us from the morning time asked why we came back so soon. She rolled her eyes and claimed she told us to come back at 5pm. This was so not the case. Since I needed these laminated for work, I would have told them to forget it if it was going to take 8.5 hours to laminate 5-10 pieces of paper. I asked her why she told us one hour if they weren't going to be done until 5pm (I also asked why it would take until 5 PM when there was literally nobody else there.) every single person that had walked up while we were waiting in attempt to get a service done, both of the girls behind the counter said " we don't do that here" or " you have to use self printing." They hadn't assisted anyone aside from Amazon returns. She said there was no way that they could have it done before 5 PM. I asked for my papers back and I ended up taking them to fedex a few miles down the road and they completed my project in about 6 minutes. Lesson learned.

Why is this Staples so horrible? Their print people, ALL of them, have a horrible attitude. Like seriously horrible. I rarely review places and mostly only good, but I live a couple blocks away from this one and WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This is my experience over multiple years. Just went to the Staples on 17th in Santa Ana and the employees there are so kind and professional. If Staples is having an employee shortage and has to keep rude people working in Cypress, then they made their choice about not caring about the customer experience.

This is a larger Staples with a wider selection. One aisle has what appears to be the entire line of Post-It notepads. I quickly found a single-pack steno-sized notepad and bought it. This location is far from my home so I’ll only shop here again if I need something from Staples and happen to be in the area.

I received an advertisement by email that delivered the amount of 500 business cards on the same day. I ordered at 8:30 am and received confirmation that it would be ready at 8:30 pm I went to the store at 8:45 pm and it was not ready the employee assured me that the next day at 8 it would be ready. I got to the store at 8:30am and it wasn't ready. The supervisor looked at me and laughed and said sorry about that. I'll call you when it's ready. If the company is unable to deliver within the correct period, do not advertise this service because I wasted time and money because you cannot deliver in the correct time.
