The worst and most unprofessional customer service ever accept for the lady running the office she gets 5 stars. Good prices place is run down I pay my bill every month and i cant get access to my unit because my key is not working. I am a authorized contact of the storage unit my key was not working with my lock Spoke with Patrick over the phone very rude. No maintenance person on site and was told would have to wait till 1 PM for the maintenance guy cut the lock off with a 35 dollar charge patrick i was told that if i cut my lock myself, he would call. Cypress PD and have me charged with breaking entering yet Cypress PD said that this would be a civil issue. Their have also been several times that Patrick has made my mom uncomfortable and she felt like patrick was hitting on her. If you value cheap prices but don’t care about customer service this is the place for you. If you value customer service want a nicer place then look for somewhere else to go very un happy overall with my experience and cant wait to cancel

Patrick assisted me and my fiancé in picking out a storage unit that was right for what we need. He was patient and showed us several storage units. 10/10 recommend Stor-Mor. Clean facility, great customer service as well as quick and easy!

Patrick is great! Been in the business and is established and knowledgeable and essential paet of the sign up process and selecting a storage unit that is right for you! Had a wonderful tour of the facilities. Easy sign-up process! Took about 10-15 minutes! The space has 24 hour security monitoring, and the facility stays open most days of the year from 6am-7pm. Pricing is a tad bit steep, but that promises a clean and organized operation, and a complimentary Keyed Discus Padlock along with your sign up start date. If you live conveniently close or within the proximity of the area, I would highly consider this as an option.
