Defective Self Checkout I scanned the items and paid with my credit card but it did not print out the receipt. When I asked a human being, it's not charged so I paid it again with target woman. It may be a trap set by target to target customers with ccd camera man. Be very careful! I wonder when target will bankrupt.

So I happen to live very close to this Target, been here many times throughout my childhood and now in my adulthood(especially with my new skincare obsession lol). I was just inside the store not too long ago and my cashier was honestly a pretty rude lady, the moment she was done helping this other group, she just had this attitude with me while I was being rung up. I was mentioning something regarding using my birthday reward or discount thing that this other nice lady who was my cashier tried to help me with as I've never used it before. All her response was about the Target Circle and how it's on there and so on, but the last time my previous cashier had noticed it was offering me the discount and asked me to just verify the birthday after typing in my phone number. In the end, I'll still shop at this location, but for certain I won't stand for the "I'm so done now get out of my line" attitude this particular lady gave me. Hopefully I don't get her again, if it does so happen once more-honestly I might leave a vocal complaint to anyone in leadership or management available. I also happen to work customer service, retail pharmacy to be exact at a 24 hour store, but even then I don't want to be a bitch to customers unless they enact something first. Just all I wanted to say on the matter.

I went in to get my pick up and the guest service team was very rude. They didn't seem happy to be there and were complaining about doing their job.

Halloween ready? lol not a lot of merchandise but what they do have is cute. Not so busy at this hour (10:00 am) everything looks very clean and organized.

Had a pick up order that wasn't ready. Was in a rush so we went in to just grab what we needed and asked so many different people for help and they were all rude, could care less and was sending us back and forth for one simple sports shirt. Not one person offered to help us look instead we were told they don't have it even though we told them we placed an order and it said that they had a few. then they sent us to Customer Service who sent us right back to the floor. Pure laziness!

To the lady working self checkout around 8:30 pm... you gotta chill out. She acted like it was rush hour by yelling out "NEXT!" and "PRESS CARD" like there was a fat line or something but it was a line of few people. We were at the front and she goes " Register 4 is completely empty" so we just walked over to register 4 and there's an employee in the middle of scanning a belt filled with clothes and drinks. Obviously it wouldn't have been any faster so we went back in line and checked out at self checkout in less than a minute. When we looked back at register 4 as we're leaving , the transaction wasn't close to done. What a moment... I've never had a lady like her stand out to me while at this target until tonight.

While I was on vacation recently to visit my dad, friends and family, I came here to shop for toiletries that I had forgotten at home in ATL. I used to live nearby years ago, so I knew how this Target location used to look back then, and this store hasn't been updated very much since then. Although worn looking, the store was clean.Parking is easy to find, since this store has a large parking lot in front of it. This Target is smaller than most other locations that I've visited. The checkout lines are all scrunched together towards the exit door (just like they've been for years), instead of spread out. When it's really busy here, it's sometimes hard to determine just how long the lines are because the queues are staggered, and sometimes confusing.When I looked for travel toiletries, since my vacation was going to be a short one, the bins/baskets containing all items were marked with the description and price; however, many of the bins had various items in them, so I had to sometimes sift through the bins to pick out the item that I actually needed.When I was ready to pay for all of my little items, there were three checkout lanes with the lights on. One of the checkout lanes had a few customers in it, while the other two with their lights on didn't even have an employee anywhere near the registers. I went to one of the self checkout stations and started scanning my items. An employee walked close to me and stopped, just watching me while I continued scanning, but left before I paid for everything.Weird.

This guy is one of the employee on target so I was purchasing a few things and I gave him a target Store credit card he use that card and then gave me the receipt and threw my card in the trash even though it had $319 balance left so when I asked him to give me a back because it had that much money in it he said I don't think it has any balance in it left so after he search for it and picked it back up and scanned it and it had the money in it. So I feel bad that he did this to me so I don't want him doing this to anyone else so that is why I'm sharing this.

Never anything in stock that i can try on. No point in ordering it online because I'll have to waste my time to take it back. Nothing is even close to their size charts on their website. Which means I will shop somewhere else that I can try on clothes

I absolutely love shopping at Target! The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff are also always friendly and helpful. Plus, the prices are competitive and they often have great sales and discounts. Overall, I have had nothing but positive experiences at Target.

It's convenient to order from the app and have the items delivered to your vehicle, but on multiple occasions the person delivering the items to my truck has been rude, unprofessional and they don't follow instructions. I mean why give the customer options on the app where they'd like to have they're items delivered if the customer service agent doesn't follow directions or maybe can't read to follow these simple instructions. We all have bad days, but when I have bad days I don't take them out on others....especially those in the industry that's job is to help and serve others... working in EMS my whole life I know how it is to deal with people from all aspects of life when they're happy, sad, sick, depressed to dying. Always respect people even when respect isn't given when you're at work. You're representing not only yourself but your company. Just my opinion.

This review is strictly for the Starbucks location inside the Target. It's frustrating that this Starbucks is always closed. I've come in at all different hours looking to buy an ICEE because they're THE ONLY TARGET left in the area with a functioning Machine. I've come in at 7:30 pm, they were closed. I came in at 5:30, they were closed. I came In at noon once and they were closing. Today was the last straw, it's the 5th time I've come and there was nobody running the Starbucks kiosk... I am never doing business here again. I am so disappointed. WHO exactly is managing this place? It gives both TARGET and STARBUCKS a bad name when the excuse is "the closer didn't show up."

I was looking for some hard sliders/discs for moving furniture and I asked an employee by the name of Travis. He looked confused and then proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me find anything because "they move stuff around all the time." He then awkwardly walked away. I think some customer service training is long overdue for this location. Very disappointing.

I always come and shop here because it's right down the street from my house and it's convenient for me. I went Sunday night which was 10/23 and had never felt more uncomfortable. I saw 3 people harassing customers. I understand going around passing flyers but why would you stop someone and go on and on about how they should go to your church. They don't even know what religion we are. She was literally all on my face. If I hadn't cut her off I would of stayed forever. So many workers around blocking the aisles with their carts of merchandise which was not the problem but how do you not ask them to stop bothering customers. That's my question. So many employees on every aisle that are seeing This but no one does anything to stop them. Well why would I expect them to they don't even say hi they just block the aisles for so long. Been coming here for years and this has never happened.

Last few times at the store, midweek, late afternoon, many food items out of stock and only 1-2 checkers open with long waits. Frustrating.
