While visiting Orange County, I stopped in for a new racket and specific issues due to multiple hand surgeries. Owner was patient with my many questions and gave lots of valuable information regarding grip, racket head size, various string options, vibration, control, etc. Strung my new racket within a few hours so that i could use it the same day. Fabulous customer service!

Just came here to buy a racket for my son. The guy is really nice. When I called to see if they had specific racket at the shop they went and took a look. They had it so I went a few days later and bought it. The price was better than the online price so i thought that was a great surprise.

I love this place! I am a beginner and have almost 0 knowledge on the tennis gears. But!!! The owner gave me a lot of advice on what to check and what to consider. The price is unbeatable. I even asked him if he could bring the tennis bag which was all sold out online and it just took him for a week to get it! I've been to so many local soccer stores, service is incomparable.200% recommend and you will have a great experience there.

First time going here to buy a racquet and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming and the prices were out-of-this-world good. Buying a racquet even comes with free strings of your choice. 1000/10 would recommend this place to anyone trying to buy tennis accessories.

Really friendly staff. Highly recommend the Tennis Factory. I brought in 3 of my rackets to get restrung and they were able to get them back to me earlier than the time we agreed on (less than 24 hours) AND the pricing was amazing!
